    Check your power connections and make sure the USB header is turned on in BIOS.

    I had this issue. Found out it was my fault. I had two sets and mixed them in different channels. Once I corrected this I never had another issue with the Toughram or RGB Plus sync. It's easy to tell the set by the serial numbers. 1st set in A2 B2 second set in A1 B1 per my motherboard manual. Your manual may differ.

    Same issue. I just uninstalled the software.

    Not an issue on my end. There is an app update to 1.3.5

    You can plug the Duos into the Trio controller but you can't plug the Trios into the Duo's controller.

    First hard tube build. Still figuring things out. Those tubes will be perfected before this is over.
