Do you know if I replace the fan controller board with a new thermaltake controller I can get PWM control while keeping the same fans?

Commander C31 Case fans

Fans are the stock ones that come in the Commander C31 The fan controller is this one below the one that came pre installed in the case. Is there nothing that lets this controller be connected to the MB? Is there nothing out of the box that TT makes to connect these fans to the MB?

Hi everyone. I just built my computer and noticed there is no way to hook up the internal fan controller that controls the front fans only runs at full speed. Is there anyway to connect this to the PWM slots on my MB? Thanks so much
