Hello guys so after 10 months of using my psu ( THERMALTAKE SMART RGB 500W ) it started making weird noises (Going loud when playing high end games and fan noises ) it even caused me a coil whine on my gpu so im trying to rma it since it still under warranty but when i was trying to take it out from the case i touched it with my case and that caused me a scratch so i was wondering if scartchs are acceptable in rma ???
