no error..now is connect by a external usb 2.0 ...(becouse i see a video where this man have luck whit try all usb port and reboot..ma nothing for me ..same results

I post info photo of thermaltake software read all my hardware: Gigabyte Z390 UD and ontel i9 9700k ottacore..the controller be to connect or cant tell me all thia stuff i think..i try connect controller to all usb 2.0 and extrnal 3.0 ..and try all software

first thk for aswered.. 1 : only one controller (i upload photo under) 2: i have 2 fan x200mm frontal connected to controller. and work in default mode whit standard velox and light for power cable, but software dont see it. 3: i have only one 4 pin usb molex . i try connect by pci whit micro usb at pc externaly; or i try connect it to phone whit app but same no see it... 4 i share u photo we sure is not problem of motherboard UD? i no need the gigabyte PRO z390 or Aourus z390? but the phone app still no work .. good work thk for help
