  1. I have a Thermaltake BLACXDuet5G Dual HDD Docking Station. It is approx 3 1/2 years old but has done very little work. It has always worked flawlessly under Windows 7 but when I went to use it for the first time in a couple of months (and after upgrading from W7 to W10) the PC no longer recognises that the device is connected to the PC. I have tried on USB 3 (which always worked on W7) and USB 2 but neither will recognise the docking station. All USB ports on the PC have been tested & work fine. Any suggestions or fixes would be greatly appreciated. Footnoote: the docking station power supply tests fine and the docking station powers up and spins up any attached HDD's, just no connection recognised to the PC.
