I just bought S300 TG few month ago, just fall down and crash in without any touches, I just heard a loud sound and see showering broken pieces glass I see the back thumb screw plate (Idk what is name) still hanging half of my glass panel and showering into my system so I put that off and cousing my knee have sustained only a rather small cut and my investigation is glass was fall off because double sided tape can't handle glass of side panel (idk, it was reducing adhesive double sided tape or something else) it was ripped from the top plate I was contact thermaltake in my country and he said " In (my country) we never seen this cases like this, but I'll check in another country and talk with HQ in 3 days, if in another country have a problem like this we can do RMA, but if not sorry to say we can't) my question is, do you have ever seen cases like this before or it's just me?
