And sorry to say this but even a company like red dragon have software much easier and effective than this one

Hi .this is my first post I hope some one help me .I have Thermaltake x1 silver and I like the keyboard but what I don't like is the software . I cant save anything I do specially key function when I save macro it don't save it besides I feel it isn't easy to deal with software I don't know why Thermaltake team don't support this keyboard like it isn't their product . this keyboard supposed to be supported it isn't cheap and a lot of users complain about the software before any help will be appreciated
