  1. Hello, I wanted to request the deletion of my Thermaltake Forums account, because I no longer need it. There is an option to request my account's deletion under Security & Privacy settings, however it doesn't seem to be working. It is stuck on the following message: I have clicked on the link in the e-mail. Please fix this feature and/or delete my account. Thanks.
  2. Bump. I really need this. Can I order a replacement somewhere?
  3. Bumping this topic. @TT James could you maybe help me as well?
  4. Hello. I seem to be in the same boat as this guy: https://community.thermaltake.com/index.php?/topic/210392-thermaltake-v200-rgb-fan-and-led-hub-broken/ I have the old version (I think 2018) of the Thermaltake V200 case. I have the case ever since, but I just recently got an ASUS motherboard that has RGB support. I have plugged the case's RGB fan hub into the MB the wrong way, and it broke. The fans do still light up and can be controlled with the RGB button, but I would like to sync it with ASUS Aura and the Armoury Crate Software doesn't see the hub device. Probably because plugging it into the wrong RGB slot can damage the device. I am trying to find a replacement for the RGB fan hub. Thanks.
