Hi guys, my microphone suddenly stopped working. I've reinstalled the drivers and it didn't work, I tested it on another device, and nothing either. I'm trying to activate the warranty, but I can't find the serial number, after a lot of research I found that it is under the right ear pad, but I didn't find how to remove it and I'm afraid of spoiling it. Some help?
