Hi all, I have had my IRIS M50 mouse and X1 RGB keyboard for two weeks now, and i still cant get the software to work properly. I installed both command centre pro and the X1 keyboard software, each one will launch once after installation, and then never again. Am I missing something obvious? Should I be using the TT itake software instead? I have downloaded the iTake software but it doesnt recognise that I have connected any thermaltake equipment. Please help
