Terrorbait

Hello! i ordered Thermaltake Pure Plus RGB 12 TT PremiumEdition 3P and installed the software TTRGBPlus_Setup. The software says that it cant detect the controller (H_0x0001). My rig: Win 10 64bit MSI B450 A PRO MAX AMD Ryzen 5 3600x NVIDIA RTX 2070 Super I checked everything, everything is plugged in correclty, like the manual shows. What is the problem? How can i fix it? My Device Manager even recognizes "Generic USB Hub". Thank you
