I recently bought a Floe Ring 360 TR4 and it came without parts B x 4 and C x 4. (Spacer with thread on either side and the opposing screw) These are the parts required to attach the cooler to the motherboard I have contacted my supplier who hasn't replied as yet I have always purchased Thermaltake cases and I was hoping this cooler wouldn't give me issues. Is there any way I can have these sent to me directly from Thermaltake (spare parts) rather than me going through my supplier.
