  1. Hi there ThaGeNeCySt, Are you referring to the fan controller connections themselves? Those are a separate controller at the top of the chassis front panel. you should connect the fans directly to that male header and that would allow direct DC control over the fan speed via the top Hi/Low buttons. however if you prefer motherboard control then you can just connect the fans directly to the motherboard headers to allow BIOS DC/PWM control. Please feel free to reply if you have any other questions!
  2. Awesome bro, now lets see what you can do with that beast!
  3. thats awesome!!! This is why we design these more extreme cases so enthusiasts like you can show just how far they can be pushed! Thank you for sharing

This is so awesome!! I cannot wait to see it finished!
  5. Hi Guys, We are looking into this. Thank you as always for the feedback as this helps us to make even better hardcore products for you!
  6. We are always open to feedback, as we always want to build new chassis and parts the way you need them. Thank you guys for all of the feedback on the new X series, we hope you are having as much fun exploring them as we did designing them!
  7. Hi, The reason you have a single pin missing from one of the fans is that is a RPM sense pin and the motherboard cannot reference two different fan speeds on a single header so the RPM sense pin only references from one fan as primary but still sends (Pin 4) PWM signal to the fan to actively control the fan speed for both fans while the other two are power and ground. This ensure optimum feedback and equally matched fan speed for your cooler.
  8. Hi AVPerry, I am working with our team to check on this, as sometimes software issues there are many things that can cause an incompatibility. I will update you as soon as we have something figured out for you on this.
  9. Hi SSD50, Was the SSD removed because the laptop failed? or have you tried the drive on an internal port on a PC to ensure it is still working? Normally if a drive is functioning normally even if the firmware is not necessarily compatible it will show a raw drive in place but not readable. Also just to confirm all details, have you checked disk management in windows to see if the drive is showing up but possibly not initialized?
  10. at home I have 6x 30" panels... At work I run 4x 24 panels... Recently got a ASUS ROG Swift display to try G-SYNC and it is awesome, so I may switch to 6 of those soon.
  11. Hi Avperry, Can you list your system specs? we can try to reproduce the issue in house. also I do notice that in the screenshots you provided it is showing a driver loading bar at the bottom (Icon half filled green) Was the keyboard freshly plugged in and still initializing when you tried running the installer?
  12. Awesome to hear!! thanks for the update guys!
  13. Awesome and thanks for the info! sounds like maybe both were trying to communicate via SMBus possible causing conflict. Im glad its working well for you now!
  14. Has anyone tried the new firestrike ultra? It is a 4K benchmark and I would be very interested to see how each system scales for that.
  15. Tt LCS Certification is to show the strength and compatibility of a high end gaming and enthusiast chassis as it should be. Many more to come!
  16. Thank you, We will look into this and try to reproduce it. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
  17. Hi there, Can you please screenshot where it is hanging so i can work with our software team?
  18. hi Guys, did you try the newest version from the website that is there presently? also did you see the install screen when running the setup file?
  19. Does your Router have a USB port on it? if so then a regular BlacX or one of our external enclosures should work fine for this function if plugged into it and the sharing function is enabled..
  20. Awesome, Let us know how it works out for you.

    Nic C5

Hi Kvadrat, The Nic C 4 and C5 have a 3 pin connector which is controlled via potentiometer. in order to give motherboard control you motherboard would need to support 3 pin or voltage level fan speed support. This is something the NiC C series was never designed for. Normally if you want full motherboard control of the fans you would want to replace the installed fans with PWM fan models which allows motherboard ramping of the CPU fan speed. Also for PWM fan control we did offer a dfferent NiC model such as the F4 model
  22. Hi there, sorry I misread this as Water 3.0 Ultimate. the pump speed should read easily, I would recommend plugging the pump header into the CPU Opt header and see if it shows speed in the BIOS. also have you checked the monitoring section of the BIOS for fan speed as it is connected now? I am interested to see if it registers any speed at all from the pump. also is the CPU temp normal and is the system stable with this issue?
  23. Hi Christoph, Can you check in the notification area near your clock to see if the software icon is showing there? if it is can you double click it and it should show you the GUI for the keyboard.
  24. Hi There Christoph, Sorry to hear this, let me check this and try to resolve this issue ASAP for you
