Project Parabellum – Official Reveal
For the Thermaltake Case Modding Invitational 2026.
This is it.
After weeks of design, countless hours of work, and extreme transformation Project Parabellum is finally complete.
The build is defined by its structure and presence. Large custom panels complete the body, giving it a more solid, aggressive form finished in a purple that sets the tone of the entire project.
To complement this, we selected an orange coolant for the custom watercooling loop. The contrast with the purple creates a bold visual identity, while also highlighting the precision of the loop and the perfectly symmetrical hard tubing that frames the entire structure. At the same time, it brings full attention to the huge custom reservoir with OverChilled logo integrated inside.
At its core…this is an extreme reinterpretation of the Thermaltake View 600TG.
The original chassis has been completely reworked:
The former back panel has been reshaped into a large curved base The original top and bottom sections now form the side structures, reinforced and completed to achieve a seamless, factory-like finish Custom stand feets create a lifted stance, with a slightly raised rear for a more dynamic look Every gap, transition, and surface has been carefully refined to feel like a complete, purpose-built creation.
The layout was designed to highlight the hardware:
The ASRock motherboard sits on a custom angled 3D printed mount with Thermaltake detailing, while the Palit GPU is positioned on a fully custom-designed mount, carefully engineered to balance aesthetics, structure, and visual impact.
Thermaltake water cooling components and fittings from their latest series were specifically selected for this build, as they best combine performance, clean routing, and strong visual impact.
Additional details complete the experience:
On the front side, a custom display has been integrated behind the original metal grills, adding a unique visual layer while remaining fully functional as a secondary monitor.
On the opposite side, a new custom power button has been repositioned for easier αccess, featuring integrated LED lighting. At the same time, all original I/O power, reset, and USB remain fully functional and have been relocated to the lower section.
Project Parabellum is designed to be explored from every angle.
Every centimeter carries intention. Every detail has a purpose.
This is more than a modded case this is a complete transformation.

Nice idea for mounting the cpu block . As I realised  also all modders has the wrong kit that doesn’t include the am5 bracket . Because  not much time left I will do something similar or use another TT block I have already to my inventory, because I don’t really wanna cut the mountings . 👌

The carbon fiber panels and wings started to take their places

3D printing may be new to me, but rapid prototyping turned out to be exactly what I needed – it changed everything for me and the TT Formula CaseMod.

 

Well as almost we are close to the final week before modding ends , here is a little theme reveal ! So last outer piece modded was this top panel , that I cut of a piece of it to fit the punch , and make it visually looks like it’s punch ripping thought the case . Also there is some bonus hint about this piece that can light up at  night  , but more is coming next week when I will finish with few details and filling the loop. Stay tuned for final results , pictures, and presentation video ! So yeah..HULK SMASH ! 💥😃💚

Big update here ! As the modding deadline is close , and only few weeks left , i have to be rush ! So placed the custom motherboard tray to the case by drilling some holes, measure it up to be straight , and screw it up . I make  also some holes to the mb tray  to put standoffs and place motherboard and pump-res combo . As you can see I moved the mb tray more to the front to have enough space to fit gpu and pump-res combo to the back side of the case which will be visible by the custom window panel I made .Then placed a custom gpu mounting bracket screwed to the rad and  fans and power it up with a long riser cable . It fits like a glove as I planed from the first time I thought about it . Plus the double 360 Rads that gonna cool the 9800x3d fair enough . Fans on the left side was in reverse so can take some fresh air and on the right rad  is exhaust . Seems like a tight setup , but I wanted to get full potential of space and cooling by the case,  and fill up the case as much as I can . Now I have to take care of the top panel that as you can see from the previous post  has a big hole on the center . Something  special gonna fit there . After that I have to plan the custom loop runs and start bending , also do some final themed touches and better cable managing .  Still you can’t guess the theme ? 😃
 
 

Another week comes  by . So little update . Finished with back panel . I used a real glass and fitted on it . Also made a custom TT logo 3d printed  , painted and hot glued on the panels . I really like it . So when i started painting some pieces from top panel , I saw this ! 😳 Is my dog eat this ? Or no ? 😛 More soon ! 

As far week goes I’m finished mostly with painting . As you can see I made a custom base for motherboard tray, and already painted it  , also cut the back panel and I  will put a tempered glass on it so you can see the interior of the case .Also an overall view of the case with double 360 Rads placed on it !  No more spoils  for now . More updates soon !

New month , new week new updates ! 
case completely striped , removed motherboard tray , because should do something custom and started painting . Main color should be Irish  green and black with some minor white details ! Here is some pictures of how it’s going . More updates soon ! 🙂

Big update today!
In the past couple days all the custom parts were cut out and painted. There were some problems and mistakes from my side so the painting process took 4 days. 



But all is done now and the inside of the case is now built. The tubing is yet to be done and for me it is the hardest part for it is something I have never done before.



Also the GPU got a new look to match with the build.



So in the coming days the tubing will be done and the exterior of the case is the last part.

Hi guys. Another update, lots of cutting and sanding today!
I removed the MB tray and cut a big piece of it. The frame that I am left with will go back in the case, for it adds a structural integrity to the case and also it will help a lot for the cable management.
     
The edges on the cut part look very rough and badly cut and that's due to it was my first time using a grinder and a front grinder (Dremel), but they are not as bad as it looks, it looks rough mostly because I took some paint off while sanding it but I will be painting it so it will look and be a lot better.
One more thing for today, the LCS kit I got is one from before AM5 I suppose, so I don't have the AM5 mounting brackets. So I had to improvise on that part. I cut the hooks from the stock motherboard cooler mounting and used the black plastic parts as spacers and screwed the waterblock in with the stock MB screws.
    
Now I'm wondering if this is an alright solution or should I get the actual mounting stuff i need?
