hey im still looking for solution. do i need to change my controller? because the fan spin but no rgb if i changed my controller my problem will fixed? i cant do rma thing because i throw the box and stuff and bought the pc from local market.

yeah i try that and the problem still occurs how can i contact customer support for controller RMA?

hello i have watercooling kit from thermalttake and everything is works fine but in one day when i turned my pc on the rgb was gone i dont know why i did nothing to pc or controller. after reinstalling the software its give me the code Error Code h_0x0001 and the controller is not detacted.
