    Im trying to connect my pc to my stereo receiver, it only has digital audio inputs for 5.1 and 7.1 sound. my hdmi ports are being used by projectors and earc does not appear to be working correctly. thus the best option is to plug the pc directly into the receiver. the audio output on the pc are analog and the receiver only has stereo analog inputs. Is there a way to get digital audio out of one of the 3.5mm stereo jacks?
