YM SFX

Hello, I was super excited to finish my itx build but I am facing a quasi constant coil noise from the PSU, any chance to fix it or should I just send it back ? Below a video ( not by me) that is a good example of the sounds the unit is making ( it's a bit louder in reality) Thank you
