I somehow locked up my Model zKB-BAZ keyboard. Now all that happens is that the blue Profile light flashes slowly, along with only the keyboard letters W, A, S, D. Thermaltake can't seem to help and I've tried everything to restore it so I can do simple text-input, not gaming. I'm on an iMac, running OS Ventura 13.1. I seem to be locked in some gaming mode, maybe in key assignment. I have no idea. Any suggestions are appreciated. Tom

I'm using a Thermaltake Poseidon Z Forged keyboard to type text on my new iMac (OS Monterey). It was working fine until I stupidly played with some Thermaltake keys (Fn + F11) Now it won't work and I don't know how to re-set it or how to make my Mac recognize it.
