Thx for your reply. But cant clearing because the impurity is between the lcd screen and the protective layer of the screen (under the first layer when we touch the screen). Impossible to clean it without dissassemble the screen module. I return the aio pump in rma

Hi, I installed this aio cooling two days ago. Below the screen of the pump unit, there is a white impurity which can be seen with the device off as on. It is about 2mm but is clearly visible How can I remove this ? Is it possible to disassemble this part of the rotating screen to clean it or do I have to send the unit with Thermaltake RMA?
