  1. For anyone experiencing issues with their VOLOS, please try this updated software.

    Some of the previous issues ended up being related to firmware + software compatibility.

    With this new updated firmware, we've incorporated a firmware check + update method into the software itself.

     

    Please note: While flashing the firmware to the newest one, please do not use the mouse. Let it finish updating, then begin usage.

  2. Interesting, as cool looking as they are.. I found these extremely uncomfortable! The ear cups are not large enough (squishes my ears) and the fabric was rough... also the sound was as dull as could be. No matter what I tried, the bass was almost non existent - so everything sounds 'tinny'. The worst part is that headset cord was so tight plugging it into my case that it actually broke the headset jack! :angry:  Now I have to use a USB converter since the jack is dead. I have since switched to another company's headset...  truly bummed since I thought these were going to be awesome. I mean... it lights up!! :(

     

    on a side note.. I LOVE my THERON mouse :wub:

     

     

    Hey StaticFX, we're sorry that your experience with the CRONOS was not satisfactory. Could you private message me and further explain the part about the headset jack and your PC case? As that really does not sound normal, and we would like to look into this.

    I can only tell you that this is a rare occurrence, and that we'll let the AU team know to look into this.

  4. Hey ServetCarey,  we do not recommend taking apart the SHOCK headset, as that would void warranty. 

     

    It sounds like you are saying the right side of the headband adjustment works as normal, but the left side is now too loose & will not hold in position?

  5. I just bought a new Volos mouse.

    When I use it, it seems to have quite bad mouse drag.

    I installed the software for it and tried a few different settings and cant get it to be smooth.

    Tried different mouse pads and surfaces and its still the same.

    Any ideas how to fix this? Thanks.

     

    Hey fleshy, can you be a bit more specific. What do you mean by mouse drag? A delay in response?

  6. I'm having this problem too. Tried everything, reinstalling drivers etc. Firmware of my TT Volos is updated to the latest version (v1.5). I'm still getting this message "Please plug in the gaming device to start the AP Configuration". Would you please share the software that fixes this issue?

     

    I have Windows 8.1 x64

     

    I've sent you a PM.  Could you confirm for me what your setup shows, similar to post #11 / 12 in this thread?

    Personally I would wait until the Verto is available in your area. I have seen a couple reviews on it and is awesome for gaming, has one of the cleanest sound mics around and is decent for music..

Hi i have a bit of a problem with the buttons on both left and right.I cant assign them macro or bind them into a game.And also in device manager mouse shown as hid compliant mouse it started when i updated the software to 1.3 and i lost the driver cd that came along with mouse.Is there any chance i can find the original driver anywhere i guess that'll solve my problem.

    Hello, I have the same problem as "link871".

     

    I have the Volos Mouse, and tried everything you tell in this post (reinstall the software, update to 1.5, execute as administrator), but nothing worked. I still see the message "Please plug in the gaming device to start the AP Configuration".

     

    I have Windows 8 64bit. 

     

    Is there any other version of the software i should download? where can I get it? Thank you!
