  1. Yes, it should run continuously while it has power. When you got a replacement from us was it the entire thing or just the motor? Something is going on from what you say, maybe the way the motor bearing inside is mounted, where you would have to take the pump apart, reseat the motor and all that to make sure it is secured properly for function. I have used dozens of these pumps, I have great results with it. Give our support a call or email, lets get some more details to our support and we can arrange another replacement if needed. Please let them know we have been working together on this here and we can help test a replacement pump prior to shipment if needed to support https://thermaltakeusa.zendesk.com/hc/en-us
  2. Hi, Ok cool , that's fine to link them together. You will need to determine which port on the controller you are using for the Lumi strip out of the 5 available on the controller. The controller only has 5 ports, once you confirm which one the strips are on, click that drop down to get it changed to the lumi. Once you have it changed over, enter your settings and click save or just click save and it should be good.
  3. What pump setting are you using? have you tried adjusting the speed either up or down? Just wondering now that I see a pic of the system. Take a picture of the molex connector from the pump, I will compare with one here and let you know any issue, its only 2 wires so easy to tell.
  4. Seems like that 2nd controller is defective then. Basically #1 works by itself but #2 does not and also does not work together. Please make sure to check connections for power and the USB going into the controller specifically. Give that connection a push into the controller, hold it there and see if the software just detects it. Might not be fully seated, we can swap the cable out or cable/box whatever works best. If this is the issue, you can just cut some of the plastic off on the UBS connector going into the controller so it goes in further and should solve the issue. Keep us posted
  5. Hi, Yes you can tighten or loosen it to get it to turn the way you want it to work best for your tube runs, I do it all the time. Consider you have 2 turning points, the cylinder that screws into the base and the top cap. Making adjustments to both of them should do the trick. Now if it is still not there, what I like to do is take off the top cap then the cylinder and flip the cylinder around so the bottom is now the top and instll the top cap. The way the threads go will give you a different result and its just some adjustment that you can do to get it just right. Consider as well you can swap the down stem to the other side too as well. I see you have coolant in there or maybe just distilled water, just drain it enough from the res and should be fine to make some changes
  6. Thanks for the recommendation Tack, Yes this is a new product we have that will allow you to get 3 headers off of just 1 from the MB. Limited right now as it is just coming out, more stock should be available soon on it. Either way you go, with us or others, just dont get a cheap Y adapter off amazon, you can thank me later
  7. Hi, Thanks for posting up so we can assist. I will PM you as well about the contact issues, want to know more and where you contacted and all that. About the issue: 1. The warning message that will pop up is likely when 1 of the ports on any controller does not have something connected, all you have to do is turn off that port on that controller. This is a warning feature built into the software to alert you if one of your fans fail, but it can be tough to understand in the beginning. 2. For the Lumi Plus, you need to determine which port on the software is where the lumi is and click the blue down arrow on the drop down menu at the top of each module within the controller. There you will see all the plus products and you just need to tell the software this one is for Lumi Plus and it will change to that configuration. - Then you can setup the colors or just color color it to match port#1. 3. Version 1.1.6 should be live now, we had a issue with the upload version and it should now be corrected. Either our www.thermaltakeusa.com or www.thermakltake.com global site. Side note make sure you connect the Lumi Plus stripes into the controller that came with the lumi plus, it is the only way you can get multiple strips to work together. If you use a Riing Plus controller, only 1 strip will activate. Other devices into the controller from the lumi plus is fine.
  8. Just look up dreamscape on your phone's app store, should still be around I hope
  9. Hi, Can you share a link or some pictures to what the build looks like to give us an idea? Sounds like to me the pump does not have enough coolant in it. When the pump "chokes" due to not enough coolant, it will go into a safe mode and reduce the speed greatly. You can resolve this by turning the pump off and on again and making sure you get enough coolant to continuously flow enough where it will not have to go into a safe mode state. Follow up with our support you are working with for more details and hope maybe these suggestions will help as well to get you back up.
  10. When the system is on, unplug the power cable from controller #1 wait like 2 secs and reconnect. Then see if the controllers show up on the software. Check device manager for any flags, especially USB.
  11. Hi, First thing at a glance I see you have both controller on the same dip switch with them all down which is the default. Can you check? Move Dip #1 up to make it Controller #2 and retest. You have the latest controller and the updated Power cable as well, this should be an easy issue to solve from your photos. Keep us posted.
  12. Hi All, We have seen some issues with customer's receiving a message from the DPS G Software for abnormal activity: Example: We have a testing software available now and are asking customers with this issue ONLY to test. (Please note: If you are not having this issue, do not install this software, just use the current one online) Step 1: Download the test software here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/gtf6vfl88x0utig/Tt%20DPS%20G%20App_Ver3.0.2_voltCheck.zip?dl=0 Step 2: This software has an option to log the error message when the DPS G App detects something abnormal. Log file path: C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\Tt\DPS-G\voltCheck.ini Once installed, if you see this message (Shown Above) after running the software, please copy the file "voltcheck.ini (See above) and paste it in this thread. We appreciate any assistance with this as we narrow down the issue to resolve. Any questions in regards to this type of issue, please drop your questions below as well. If you have any concerns with your Thermaltake product or do not feel comfortable testing this, stop using the product and submit for an RMA to replace under warranty.
  13. Hi, Contact our offices in your region, I believe it would be our Germany office that covers Europe. You can also take it back to the place of purchase as well to swap it out for a new one.
  14. Hi, If your headset and speakers are running off 2 separate drivers, it might cause some issues if they have individual software to support them. You also might want to make sure you have the latest drivers installed as that may help too.
  15. Hi, We list out normally the maximum fitment space, where the chassis has the slotting for that max size and anything below it as well. For example: if we list as 420mm in size max, that means it will also support 280mm and 140mm just the same. 360 Floe will fit in there no problem, but for this case, you might want to look at other options unless you have plans already for the bottom chamber This case is designed for custom LCS, but does have support for other cooling as well.
  16. Hi, Thanks for the feedback! Cool idea for sure. We are working on some "cool stuff" to add to the software so watch for updates when they are released. Ideally you can set each controller to different profiles that can then have each port do the same or a mix of the same and different modes. We just dont have a "Random" option just yet, haha!
  17. Hello, Please take a picture of the controllers you have on the dip switch side. Either post them here or PM me, I see you are in the USA as well, you can just jump to our support for this and they can help as well. You likely have a older controller and just need to swap that out. https://thermaltakeusa.zendesk.com/hc/en-us
  18. Hello, First off, thanks for the feedback, we are also working on "more tools" for users to have available so look forward to that. The Riing Plus software also has a "Silent" mode, which you can use as well with or without PWM control if the noise is a concern. Personally I run these fans in my dual radiator setup and I am as close to ambient as I could be. We understand users want more, it just takes time Stay tubed!
  19. Hi, The drive cage is a dual slot tray, so 480mm would be out as well if you included 1 of them on the side. (This is also if you plan to run 2 radiators as well) You should be fine with a 360mm and just would have to position the 420mm accordingly for the tank on top. It really depends if you are going to put a drain port or something on there as well, your best case scenario would be to have the drive cage on the bottom with the radiator above it. Again, with the 420mm it is going to be a tight fit, but it should work

  22. Hello, To follow up after checking with our R&D team, we suggest to RMA the unit under warranty to replace it.
