  1. Awesome Leo! Thanks for the details
  2. Hi Beware, The Water 3.0 Series including the Extreme S is a closed loop design. With an AIO (All-in-one), you never have to fill it or change the coolant inside. Just follow the installation instructions and remember to clean off the fans and radiator every now and then to remove any dust. Its a great cooler for todays CPU, hope you pick one up and if so let us see it when you get it installed If you have any questions you know where to reach us!
  3. Hi, With the Core V21 by spec we have on the website we recommend max rad in front up to 540mm. (See below) But, with the V21 you have about 12" of space, stacked will give you around 609mm in the front. We do also mention on our product page: http://www.thermaltakeusa.com/Chassis/Micro_Case_/Core/C_00002559/Core_V21/design.htm "The maximum radiator length supported is 600mm at the front of the stack." So have at it and please show it off once you get it put together!
  4. Right on! Dig the fade
  5. I ran into a snag right before the holidays... The back-side panel when I was painting it was hanging from a wire, just like everything else. Well, the wire broke.. and the corner got smashed on the back-side panel haha! The good news is I have pounded out the damage for the most part. Lucky tonight is what we call "Man Monday" and I will be over at my friends house working on it tonight hopefully. I am also lucky to have some paint left over so the match should be fine.. Gotta love Candies Hope to have some updates soon including my parts list.

  9. Try the driver for Win 8 on your Win 7 OS, should work. When they updated the driver link I don't think they updated the description. I will pass the info over to have it reviewed and corrected. let us know if you need anything else
  10. Agreed with Happy, let us know what GPU(s) you are planning to use to get a better idea. 750W should be good for a single GPU setup most of the time. It has the connections you need for the motherboard and should work nicely. Check the GPU 12V+ requirement and compare it with the 750W PSU. Any questions let us know!
  11. I just use paper towels to clean off the paste and maybe use some 7% alcohol to clean if I really need too. I put a good amount of paste on and get some satisfying results.

  15. Trey5537, Welcome to the forums! Make sure the 2-pin molex connector is plugged in all the way and both pins have a good connection. Unplug/plug it back. Also check the button on PCB board, you will have to take off the top section. Check and make sure the button is not stuck, try pressing it directly and look to make sure nothing looks damaged. Could just be a dead component too.. Let us know! Call our support tomorrow. Our USA Office contact info is in my signature.
  16. Hello, There should be (2) molex there, one for the fan and one for the lights. For the HDD bays, all 5 are hot swap capable. Thanks Happy for the image Take a look on the back side there and check to see if any of the connections (Like the ones you are having issues with) are not getting connected all the way or look damaged. We can look into replacement of the cable over the entire case to make it easy. If you want to go over this in more detail, give us a call (Check info in sig)
  17. Check out Plug Load Solutions for a listing of Certified PSU under the 80 PLUS rating. http://www.plugloadsolutions.com/80pluspowersupplies.aspx You can see all the Thermaltake Certified PSU models as well as many others.

  20. Thanks for the feedback on the eRMA form, I will pass it along to be updated.
  21. Great to hear! The Urban S31 comes with both USB 3.0 and 2.0 headers, but no adapter for the 3.0 if your motherboard does not support. Do some searching there is adapters out there, unfortunately we are out of stock @TT Buy P/N: AC0029 You can use the (2) USB 2.0 ports in the meantime I can't really speak for non thermaltake products, but any Molex to 3pin should be fine, just make sure the connection is solid. Good luck with the build and don't forget to post up some pictures in our forums when you get it setup!
