They are not made to do so but you can make a splitter that will make multiple sync controllers work off one data signal.

Ok thanks, ive fitted it to my tower900 case, right in front of my ram to make it light up, but left enough space for ram removal, so i see on thermaltakes site the blades only last 6 months so you need to change the blades on every refill of the system thats why there are 3 blades in the box, can you buy these separately?

Yes if you want to use Aura Sync with your Riing Plus fans you would have to buy the TT sync controller to replace the default controller.

Another feature I'd like to see is the ability to save the color layouts we set on the devices and see those show up in the color option, as the RGB and Single options show. Maybe even be able to set a lighting effect to transition/flash between a few color sets.

    Thanks for the feedback!
YES! Please anyone share ideas on what you would want to see in future updates, we want to hear from our customers!
We are working on some new stuff, maybe a new look as well, stay tubed.. I cant say to much right now
If you want to have some do one thing and other do another, you just need to physically connect what you want onto 1 controller or more, then, setup different profiles for each controller so they can do different "grouped" stuff together. This is possible at the moment and really gives a cool look. Just have to plan what you want connected.
I will note the idea on how to make it easier so the physical connection is not a limitation and allow a better way to group stuff. - Thx again for the feedback!

Excellent video! Clears up a lot of the confusion I initially had and that was answered on the forums prior. I'm sure this will help a lot of people new to the software and products.

Will the software eventually allow for more customization? For instance more options for timing; something faster than extreme would be nice. Could just go to a numbered system so you don't have to keep thinking of new words for the speeds. Would also be nice if one could put the devices into groups to have different effects on fans, instead of either making them all the same or manually setting them.

ThermalMike got a reaction from kewlmunky in Riing Plus Sound control low response
    Hi All,
Working with our software team on some new features already, adjusting the sound control is on the list.
Appreciate the feedback, will have a new version coming out this weekend, but it will not be included that I know of just yet.
Either way it will be a free downloaded update version of the software, just give us some time to get it tested.
If I get any beta software, I will drop it on here for some feedbacks!

I would suggest making your own thread. Not trying to be rude. But it will help people help you and not get mixed up in someone else's issue. Also post some pics of how they are hooked up.

    Hi,
The Core P1 support mini-ITX motherboards, when you say "any" just keep in mind the standard for mini-ITX is 6.7" x 6.7"
Anything weird or out of spec may have some issues, but I doubt you will have that problem.

    Hi,
Right now we dont have the strips sold separately. It is something I want to offer, just time to get it out.
If/When we will have them available, will likely be an exclusive on our online store: www.ttpremium.com

ThermalMike got a reaction from kewlmunky in Riing Plus and Lumi Plus help (before I return everything)
    Hi,
Thanks for posting up so we can assist.
I will PM you as well about the contact issues, want to know more and where you contacted and all that.
    About the issue:
    1. The warning message that will pop up is likely when 1 of the ports on any controller does not have something connected, all you have to do is turn off that port on that controller. This is a warning feature built into the software to alert you if one of your fans fail, but it can be tough to understand in the beginning.
    2. For the Lumi Plus, you need to determine which port on the software is where the lumi is and click the blue down arrow on the drop down menu at the top of each module within the controller. There you will see all the plus products and you just need to tell the software this one is for Lumi Plus and it will change to that configuration.  - Then you can setup the colors or just color color it to match port#1.
    3. Version 1.1.6 should be live now, we had a issue with the upload version and it should now be corrected. Either our www.thermaltakeusa.com or www.thermakltake.com global site.
Side note make sure you connect the Lumi Plus stripes into the controller that came with the lumi plus, it is the only way you can get multiple strips to work together. If you use a Riing Plus controller, only 1 strip will activate. Other devices into the controller from the lumi plus is fine.
  18. Thanks
ThermalMike got a reaction from kewlmunky in Riing Plus and Lumi Plus help (before I return everything)
    Hi,
Ok cool , that's fine to link them together.

You will need to determine which port on the controller you are using for the Lumi strip out of the 5 available on the controller.
The controller only has 5 ports, once you confirm which one the strips are on, click that drop down to get it changed to the lumi.
Once you have it changed over, enter your settings and click save or just click save and it should be good.
  19. Thanks
ThermalMike got a reaction from kewlmunky in Riing Plus and Lumi Plus help (before I return everything)
Yes, once you figure it out the first time it is much easier.
I am working on a new video to help explain more about how to setup this stuff to help.
For the ports not used, yea turn them off so they dont bug you and then if you see this again, it helps to let you know something is going on and is great to prevent a bigger problem because you may have not seen it.
Keep in mind too with those extra ports you got room to add more stuff

Call our support we can look into a quote for you to get just one fan.
We sell singles on our online store:
    http://ttpremium.com/product/riing-plus-14-rgb-radiator-fan-single-fan/
But I think the page is down because we are out of stock.
I asked our sales team to take a look to get more in stock.
You can also contact our support and get a quote for a single fan  and see if we have them available:

ThermalMike reacted to Tack in Quick question that i hope has a easy answer :)
The easy way to solve this is an internal usb hub with headers. I would say get Thermaltake's H200 Internal USB Hub but they are out of stock. So what I got was Nzxt AC-IUSBH-M1
I had to get it for sort of the same reason I have 3x riing plus control boxes plus front usb ports and only wanted one header in use on my motherboard. To make it look clean as its is easy to hide with internal hubs.

    Hi!
They will not always respond to your emails but I think they will process your request anyway. I have send 3 emails (1 normal and two reminders) and I have received my cable about a month from the first one.
Have you provided them with all the required info (mentioned in the 1st page of this thread, as well as my post here)?

And perhaps, you can try and ask them if they have received your emails, in the official "Contact Us" page, here.

ThermalMike got a reaction from GWydion_Wolf in Can you mix Riing 12 and Riing 14 fans in the same case?
    Hi,
The fans included with the View 71 RGB are the analog ones, so no software control with them. If you want to go software, I suggest the Riing Plus fans. You would just want to swap out all the fans to plus so they match and then with the controllers, you can daisy chain them together all controlled together or separate with the software.
We offer a variety of Riing Fan types, best to stick with them all the same type, but size does not matter 120/140/200mm all work the same.

That's great to hear.  I'm currently using a total of 12 fans in my dual loop system and would love to transition to the Riing Plus when those additional PWM features become available.  As of right now it would be too much of a nightmare.
