Are they still working? They are really hardworking.

I do not understand how it can be difficult to solve a software problem. I do not want the software development. The only thing they need to give us old firmware. Am i wrong?

I totally agree tinman072. Problem still unsolved. But increased sensitivity a bit like of cursor when lift the mouse off on to the desk.

Can you give us about the approximate time to solve the problem? I can not do my any work on computer for 4 days.

I bought the mouse a month ago and i have the same problem cause of the last firmware. I try everything and nothing work. I try use computer with finger pad. Please be quick and thank you for your interest.
