Whenever I start the DSPapp, my 7970 overclock resets back to stock. Also, when running HWinfo the DSPapp does not start at all.
 
Any workarounds, especially for the first problem?

Hi, I'm having a problem with my recently purchased (as a birthday present) Challenger Ultimate keyboard.
 
The left Windows key and F, G, H, C keys do not work when pressed. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers/GUI, resetting the configuration, using different USB ports on the back of my PC - nothing has worked.
 
I'm currently using my old keyboard for the time being.
 
I can't find any information anywhere about keys not working on Google, or this forum, so suspect this may be a one-off defect.
 
If anyone has any ideas, I'd be glad to give it a try.

I'VE REGISTERED! PICK ME! by UJN2006

WANTED: Core X9 extra fan mount side panel and extra fan mounts. NO window required. I have tried contacting Tt main USA site, Tt store, Newegg, Twitter, and now here...but I have not been able to get any response or find any info on how to buy. I know there are at least 2 guys on Newegg wanting a 2nd window side panel. I just want to maximize cooling! If Tt store carried these I would have already purchased!
 
I am in LOVE with this case and here is why:
 
1. It is very similar to my own case design.
2. 100% 140mm fan friendly (140mm's are usually more silent with better airflow).
3. I have been waiting forever for a case that is E-ATX and NOT a tower
4. Will allow 280mm radiator mounting for somewhere besides the top...HEAT RISES!
 
Oh and you may want to think about selling sound proof side panels also...just a thought! My case concept had all 3 options and a few other perks which I have been trying like crazy to share but...cannot get a hold of anybody at Tt

I have a Tt Shock Marina Blue headset and my brother has the white one (which he brought a week ago from now) and we are both having audio problems with our speakers. Some times the audio drops out ether on the left side or the right side from time to time, when we change the audio settings in the Sound settings on our PC, the drop outs stop for a while then start to happen again, Any ideas why?

I just got this mouse 2 days ago and love it however twice now during my pc boot up I have had an issue where I have no mouse cursor and the mouse is unresponsive. Only way for me to fix it is to unplug and plug it back in the USB port. I know it's not the USB port since my old mouse was using the same port and I had no issues and my mobo is brand new. I do have the software installed for the Ventus.

Hi folks. although im new to this forum, im not at all new to modding. im posting this worklog on a build im doing for a client, on a Core V71 case. this will be a "quickie" build since i will only have a week or so to finish it. i will only be working on the case and the final pics of the finished build will have to be coming from the client, once i send over the case. please come join me on this short build. i will be posting pics of the progress once i begin tomorrow.

Recently, as of a two days prior to this thread, I purchased the Level 10 M Wireless. The mouse has been working fine, I find it comfortable and works like a charm, but- where the problem is, is where it comes to 'custom profiles'.
 
Currently, I believe the profiles are supposed to look this this image below:
 

 
Profiles 3 and 4, have Right Click, Click, and Scroll Wheel blanked out. I can not edit these, since these seem to have applied setting by themselves, and can literally not click on the reset profile button. I have tried re-installing the drivers, and it still does not seem to reset 3 and 4 back to normal.
 
Is there some way to fix this?

Anyone know of this issue? I have the latest driver software installed and my mouse is plugged in and working perfectly. However, I am not able to change anything in the driver software because the software is saying my device is not plugged in. Any help would be appreciated

Might be posting in the wrong place, but... I tried to buy a fan bracket from the Thermaltake store website, but for some reason they chose to leave off the District of Columbia from the "State/Province" listing in all of the address sections... billing, shipping etc. I had to double and triple check to make sure I was seeing the list correctly. Anyway, so the store obviously doesn't recognize my zip code. Can this be fixed in the near future?

After 2,5 years of intensive usage of this mouse the left-click button broke down as described in this thread.
 
Since the mouse has slightly exceeded the warranty period I'm pretty frustrated as I'm not able to "open" the mouse to get to the bottom of the problem.
 
Does anyone know how to open the mouse?

I am using the big tube and cutting the G 1/4 threads into the tube and screw it on the Male to Male extension fitting.
 
 
 
 

I have the Black Element mouse, which I have the latest software for, and have used the double clicking fix for. Currently, whenever I use the forward and backwards buttons on the mouse, a red symbol will appear at the bottom of my screen. This will cause some fullscreen games to minimize, and I was wondering how to disable it.

I also have the Theron, which has the option to disable OSD by right-clicking on the icon in the quick launch bar.

When do the Riing fans come out? The most specific information I was able to find in articles was "this week" and "the end of February". Well, today is the last day of February and I still can't find them anywhere.

Just received my gaming mouse from amazon and i was very excited to get a high end mouse. i hooked it up and went online to get the up to date drivers and everything was fine until i updated firmware and now my mouse won't move unless it's about half an inch off my desk AND it is super slow and jittery (could be jittery because it's in my hand half an inch off the ground but i hold it still and it jitters across screen) It seems like the mouse is locked, but i switched the button on the bottom to unlocked. any ideas?? EVERYTHING worked fine until firmware update :-(
 
EDIT: Tried it on different computers, same way. It needs to be like half an inch off the surface to move. It wasnt like that before the firmware update. :-( do i have to RMA it or is there a way to fix the firmware as the mouse still works it just doesnt move unless it's a tad off the surface. Can't they force a "working" firmware update?

I'm trying to decide on an enclosure or docking station for my new 4tb WD RED HDD but am not sure if the "Thermaltake Max 5G Active Cooling HDD enclosure" will support it. Even though it says on the Amazon description that it only supports up to 3tb, this review in the link below says that "unofficially" this device will support a 4tb drive. (http://www.amazon.com/gp/customer-reviews/R1V2MXP5Q5HFXV/ref=cm_cr_pr_rvw_ttl?ie=UTF8&ASIN=B004G8QETI) So I just wanted to check in here to see if any of you folk have any insight for me...
 
Also if I decide to go the Docking Station route, any good recommendations for a good quality built HDD protector case?
The ones I've come across have many complaints about flimsy covers breaking off.

I had my Challenger keyboard for 2 yrs now and i've been reacently haveing problems with some key strokes. When I press 1 it registers as 12 same if I press 2. Also with zx, and the right shift key skips song when pressed. Anyone have some advice it's rly annoying trying to game.
