This delivery I received later. The waterblock to use and fittings for 16mm hardline tubing and about 6 meters of Thermaltakes own 16/12 mm PETG tubing.

Thanks Martin for the emergency package.

I made a bracket to fit the GPU vertically so it will be right in front of the window.

Here I have painted the font and rear grill. I cannot paint the PSU shroud yet because it still needs holes for cables and tubing. I couldn't wait to see how it would look with the fans turned on so I tried the rear fan. The biggest conclusion is that the photo does not show what the real deal looks like for sure.

I was getting such a positive response on Facebook and I was liking the outcome of the PSU shroud so much I decided to take the theme further and also make a front and rear fan grill using the same grill design. Again drawn with Djangosoe and lasercut and then bent using hot air from a heatgun.

A quick peek at the hardware going into this baby. I will show it off better at a later stage.

Tte Martin got a reaction from LilTraumaLlama in H22 With Window - How do I take off front panel to install fans?
The Versa H22 has a removable bracket in the front to mount fans and radiators. The front bezel can be removed to remove the frame for the fans.

The Meka G-Unit is not a wireless keyboard. You can remove the cable for transport but to work it requires a USB connection.

For the moment that is correct. All of the current Tt eSPORTS keyboards require a wire.

I had been thinking about what to do as a mod with this case. It will be on display to promote the case so I don't like to cut it up or melt it and make it unrecognisable. So the inside of the case is imprtant to me. I somehow came up with the idea to use covers that work as cover-grill-windows

The grills will be over the fans for air, the grill will be transparent so you can also see through them like a window and the parts that don't need seeing I will paint black.
Here is my first one. The biggest of them all for over the PSU that runs from left to right in the case. I made a design with my good friend Django, had it lasercut and then bent it using hot air.

Herroooooo everyone. It is almost time for Insomnia I55 in august 2015 and before Computex 2015 I have been asked by Thermaltake Europe if I was interested in doing a project for them to put on display. :thumb:
Of course my ego was all over the place and I was hovering 50cm above the ground as I love doing these projects and I love being asked by brands so I said F**K YEAH!
The project was quite straight forward: we use the new Suppressor case, add all parts Thermaltake does like fans, PSU and all of their watercooling equipment and make something that is worth looking at.
Perfect assignment for men. Keep it simple. I can understand this.
I still had some hardware at home and for other stuff I contacted a few people I worked with before. And before I knew it this thing was on a roll.
I need to finish this project like 2 weeks from now. So I figured I should start a log about what I have been doing for the last couple of weeks since I have everything.
This will be a short log I think with rather large photo updates. I hope you will enjoy.

First of all I want to thank Thermaltake and Martin in particular for the opportunity.
I have a bunch of photos of the unboxing of the new case ending in a photo of the front panel being taken apart both with the screwdriver and a saw to create something I will show you later on

Don't worry there will be a LOT of modding involved in updates coming later on.

I have a rather cool (I hope) idea for the front end. I want to keep the lining and shape of the original case intact but still make its appearance different.

Hi, my name is Mickee  from Makati City, Philippines. This is my first full on case mod and work log. I would like to thank you in advanced for spending time on this.

I will be using an old Cooler Master USP100 handed down to me by a good friend.

There is no specs for the PC yet as I am still looking around for good deals.

At the end of this project we will be looking at a Military Themed BTX form factor chassis, top mounted GPU connected via PCIe riser and DIY computer peripherals there are still more modifications that I am unable to explain as of the moment so I will just update this work log with pictures as the fun progresses.

Sorry everything is dusty because our house is under construction.

I will put the power supply and radiator in this new compartment.

The bottom part of the chassis will be replaced with a flat aluminum sheet so I dremeled out the bumpy area, the cut does not need to be perfect because it will be covered anyway.

So I need something thick for the panels of the bottom compartment It is broken and was thrown away by the owner.

Cutting the panels to fit I am doing it way off the line as I do not trust my unstable hands.

Creating the GPU shroud on top of the chassis.

    The Skeletal System

Acrylic on the walls of the GPU Shroud.

    Radiator Template from MNPC

Here is where I currently am with Smoker.

I wanted to test the fan slots so I mounted the TT Riings that I have laying around

Shout out to Arciz Modz \m/

Cpu cooler Thermaltake Pacific W2 and Avexir Blitz 1.1 red with white LEDs are now installed on the mainboard and the ASUS Poseidon GTX 980 was taken for a test run.

System is running, Windows 7 is installed. Now I am just waiting for the remaining cooling parts from Thermaltake and this bad boy can be finished.

Just a small little update with some pics of the keyboard close up.

As you can see from photo, what you cant see from the first ones is the keyboard is covered in flakes all over, here are a few more shots.

I think it looks amazing and the issue I have is that I think I am addicted to flakes, I have to say despite the price of them, they do add something to the paintwork... ill leave you guys with another sneak peek.

Now looking at the mouse a bit closer you may notice the edges are not smooth, this is because they guy that is teaching me redone the mouse after my mess up on it, but he just smacked me in the face by saying you need to learn more first and redone all artwork on palm and button section of the mouse in flakes (red HAM is done in red metalflakes only) enjoy for now

Tte Martin reacted to Castle Mods in Tt Core X9 "Code Red" My first modded build
This is my build that took me a few months to do due to time restraints. Was actually only a few saturdays worth of work in the end. Put a Dan Woods Pc Mods sticker on just to get my mates page some Rep before i started my own.

There is no build thread for it cause I was slack. I have a build coming up in a stacked Core X2 and i will start a build thread for that here and on www.facebook.com/castlemods

Love these cases to work with. they are tight with all this gear in there even though they start of so big but I guess I just need to go higher with them then dont I.

In a few months I will be looking at updating this case with a complete overhaul and adding in another Core X9 to add some more watercooling gear.

The Thermaltake Core X9 build named "Code Red"
    Specs:
    Intel i5 4690k
    Avexir Blitz 16GB
    Asus Maximus VII Formula
    Asus R9 290 x 2
    Corsair AX1200
    Samsung 840 128gb Pro (OS)
    Samsung 840 250gb Evo (Games)
Western Digital 1tb Green (Programs and Files)
    Western Digital 3tb Green (Media)
    Cooling Gear:
    Alphacool Monsta 480mm Rads
    Aquacomputer Aquastream XT Ultra
Aquacomputer Kyrographics full cover GPU blocks
    EK R9 290 Backplates
Bitspower Summit EF acrylic CPU block
    Bitspower Crystal Link fittings

Marked the holes and drilled them out with a 3mm drill. Then I cut a 4mm thread in every hole. The middle hole has a diameter of 6mm to fit the 5mm LED later.

The acrylic block will partly be painted at a later stage.

Tte Martin got a reaction from Tylithdor in Tr2 600w possible issues with my build.
Judging from reviews, both cards require about the same power under load (the 970 actually needs a few Watt less even). The VGA upgrade is not a reason to upgrade your PSU, if everything was running fine before.
Regarding your other concerns: Any power supply has the chance to take some components with it if it is malfunctioning. However, that is not the rule and the TR2 is not known for having more RMA cases than other power supplies. The forum posts you found were probably individual cases that you can find for pretty much any power supply on the market. Did you know that the TR2 has over current protection, over voltage protection, under voltage protection, over power protection and short circuit protection? I can not promise you with a 100% certainty that those protection circuits will always kick in to protect your hardware but that is their purpose and it works most of the time.
