It didn't work. I pressed Fn+Esc then uninstall the program and pressed Fn+Esc again. Then, I unpluged the keyboard and reinstall the program and try to customize the color. When I restart my computer in next day. The keyboard become default setting

I've tried already. When I shut the computer down and open it in the next day. The keyboard still can't recognise the program setting.

Few weeks ago, my keyboard start reseting the lighting option to default everytime I restart my computer. But in the program every thing was fine. I am using window 8.1.
