  1. Thanks, I've sent an email away, will await the response eagerly.
  2. I am from Australia, Brisbane to be exact. Thanks for the help.
  3. I bought the Hybrid a couple weeks back as a replacement for my old Sidewinder X8, which is slowly dying. So far, everything about the mouse is excellent, perfect size and weight for my big hands, wired mode works brilliantly. Wireless mode, on the other hand, has given me one issue. When in wireless mode, I get odd mouse movement. It will work fine for a lot of movement, and then the speed will drop, like the DPI has dropped right down. This speed decrease will last less than a second before it goes back to normal. This is an intermittent problem, sometimes happening several times in a minute, and then not at all for half an hour. I can get it to happen regularly if I move the mouse a lot, such as when I am gaming. I've produced this problem on two different computers. I took the mouse back to the store I bought it from, and they tested it for a couple of days, but they said they could not fault it. Because of that store's policy, I have to pay $25 now, because they couldn't find a fault. Anyway, is this an issue that exists elsewhere? Maybe others have had something similar, or someone from Thermaltake knows what is going on? I bought the mouse to use wireless, and if it doesn't work properly in that mode, and the store where I got it doesn't want to know about it, I don't know what to do with it. $105 wasted.
