I cannot even get the file to open from download! "This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. Please install a program or, if one is already installed, create an association in the Default Programs control panel That is the only message I get when trying to open the program -

The EXACT same thing happened to me over the same time period. I brought it in and it was deemed defective. They replaced my level 10m with the hybrid wireless version, however now I cannot install the software all I get is this message when I try and open the download "This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. Please install a program or, if one is already installed, create an association in the Default Programs control panel
