  1. Make sure you uninstall the fan software first. Unplug the internal USB cable then install the software. Plug USB cable back in. Also during the installation of the fan software, it should ask you to install the asetek drivers. Also try another internal USB.
  2. I'm trying to find out what the warranty for the Thermaltake Water 3.0 product. I didn't get any warranty info with my retail cooler. I know the Water 2.0 product had a 3 years warranty as stated on Thermaltake warranty web page. http://support.thermaltakeusa.com/Support_warranty.aspx Could someone please tell me what is the warranty for my Water 3.0 Exreme Water Cooler?
  3. Had the same issue. Follow the steps below should fix your issue. 1st. Uninstall the fan software. 2nd. Power down your computer. 3rd. Unplug the USB cable for the fan controller from your motherboard. 4th. Power up your computer and boot into Windows. 5th. Install the fan software. 6th. Power down your computer. 7th. Plug the USB cable for the fan controller onto your motherboard. 8th. Power up your computer and boot into Windows, it should work.
