  1. I made some custom handles using 1x1/8" aluminum bars. I imagined this build will be quite heavy when finished because it's already a bit on the heavy side even without the parts and watercooling stuffs installed. my ghetto bending jig
  2. got some spare parts from a previous core P5 build. decided to use them as a custom PCIE mount.
  3. modded thermaltake PR22 D5's then I added some ring12 fans to complete the look. more sliding rails and hydraulic hinges.
  4. i used the 14mm stainless tubing as horizontal support bars. they add more rigidity to the entire subframe. also got some spare 240mm rads for test fitting. since the parts from thermaltake is still OTW.
  5. also modded the drive bays. just need to trim off a few inches to fit it in the new case.

  7. More updates today. I really have no final theme and ideas for this build yet. just doing things as I move along. It's a bit hard to plan when you only have the case to work with. Good thing I have some leftover parts here that I can use to test fit the components that I will be using. some quick updates. sliding rails and mini gas shocks. i'll be using this for the custom mounts and supports for the inner frame. how everything looks at the moment.
  8. bought some supplies today. will be using this to support the inner inner structure of the case. needs a bit of cleanup work. i disassembled the mobo tray and added sliding rails and aluminum bars to add extra support. additional work on the inner frame.
  9. started doing the work on the case today. it's easier to plan and conceptualize when you have everything disassembled. this also makes the case a lot lighter and easier to work with. tower 900 teardown
