Its been over a month now and I haven't seen anyone from TT offer a fix or even acknowledge the issue despite several people posting about it. Its incredibly frustrating to be ignored on forums that should be for support. Even though I think the hardware is great, this will be my first and last TT purchase after such a lousy experience with the software and the support behind it. I really hope it does improve but as far as I can tell from the forums, there is zero will to add the features we thought we were buying (like layering).

I share your disappointment, I was very excited for some new features but I cant use the updated software at all. No ones responded yet on the loading profiles issue but I fixed it by going back to an older version. I've already watched that and its a bit difficult to pull useful info from it. Is there a place to get more concise info about the new update? Edit: I was able to get my light profiles back but only by reinstalling the previous version. Has anyone else had this problem?

Are there any known issues/fixes? Since the update, I haven't been able to load my profiles and its much slower.

Thank you, that's my personal favorite too and I've since tweaked it a bit. I think it looks more lightning bolt-y if you make the "b","u" and "F7" blue and the "t" white. I would love to get some music reactive effects or even an animated loop and believe me, I've spent a lot of time trying to make a dancing bear but I can't figure out how to make it look nice on keys. Let me know if you do because I think it would be really cool

Thanks GenotypeJim for getting really getting this started. I just got mine too and I totally agree about needing a base layer for reactive effects, that would make this a lot cooler. Here's my first contribution. A Grateful Dead pattern, Pink Floyd pattern and a basic game layout.
