  1. So, a couple of weeks ago, my keyboard died and I decided to purchase a new one. Wanted to go for a mechanical keyboard and in the end I settled on the Thermaltake Meka keyboard. While I was shopping I thought it would´ve been a gooo idea to change my mouse as well. So I decided to get a Level 10M hybrid mouse, just because I already have too many cables on my desk. Since I am in Mexico, the only place where I can buy Thermaltake products is a site called MercadoLibre, which is an eBay clone, but for the Latin America. I purchased the items and was very happy when they arrived. The keyboard is great, has a very old school feel to it, when typing. However the mouse was a completely different story. No matter what I would do, I could not get the mouse to work in the wireless mode. I connected the mouse and waitied the 4 hours for it to charge, but when I disconnected the cable, and plugged in the reciever the mouse would not work. I have tried repetedly flipping the on/off switch and pressing the pair button, but no matter what I do, it seems that the mouse battery will not charge. I checked around on the forum and thought it could be an issue with the firmware, so I upgraded to the latest firmware, but still got the same results. I contacted the Thermaltake tech support and after some questions this was the response: However the sellers response was the same, only saying that I should return the mouse to Thermaltake. Unfortunately the person from Thermaltake stopped responding to my emails after I told him that the seller does not want to assume responsibility. After a long back and forth with the seller, I was told that I have to mail him the mouse and wait 30 working days (45 calendar days) for him to determine what the problem is and then he might repair it or send me a new one. Just to be clear, if I send the mouse on Monday, which will be the 15th of February, I will only get a replacement mouse in the end of March or begining of April. I did send all of this information to Roberto, the person from Thermaltake who emailed me, but once again my email was ignored. I guess I am kind of surprised at the level of customer service that I recieved. Both the seller and the manufacturer blaming each other and me having to buy another mouse while I wait the 45 days to hear what will happen to my mouse.
