  1. Is it possible to buy extra 3.5" HDD cage(s) from TT and fit them into the Core V71 after removing one or both 5.25" drives, please? (If so how much extra cage-capacity could fit?)
  2. Hi guys and welcome back. After the adventure to the international competition at Thermaltake CaseMOD Invitational Season 2 2019, here we are with a new project. The Project Interceptor (AH T600 Tactical Assault) Special Extreme Mod. Concept art, 3D design and renderings by Y.Gabrielli Casemod. Based on Thermaltake's monstrous AH T600 i decided to bring out a war machine. Many changes to be made and I already anticipate that in addition to the cap with mechanized opening by means of an electromechanical actuator, the two lateral machine guns will also be in motion. Of course, the painting will follow in the footsteps of the Project Stealth (those who followed him know well what it is). To start we will see together the video with all the stages of design and 3D CAD drawing and all the final renderings. I work in CAD extremely difficult as we will see in the video, since I had to practically sculpt the whole AH T600 from practically 0 on a solid starting from two-dimensional images, and then create all the custom parts modified with a myriad of details such as custom sleeve cables . This is because it was not possible to have the original designs of the case because they were rightly covered by industrial secrecy. I also leave you a photo of the case that has already arrived to me by immediately making a clarification: Let's immediately dispel the plastic issue. The case is an iron block that has little or no plastic except for the side airboxes and the front part of the shell which are made of 3 mm thick rigid plastic. Its weight is approximately 18 kg empty. Huge dimensions, in line with a 900 D. I got scared during unboxing ... In the video there are also some animations of the final renders where we can see the movement of the 2 side machine guns. Music Track: Airwolf original theme (only for expert XD). Special thanks to Thermaltake Technology Inc. for the great support and sponsorship even in this tough period for the whole world (Big Thanks). Soon also the first photos of the first sponsor package. This time it will be a good undertaking ... Stay tuned.
  3. Update. Step 3. The works are proceeding. In these photos we will see the final assembly of the canopy / cockpit and all its parts in detail. Particular attention should be paid to the painting of the details in the particular parts such as the turbines and the freehand weathering. New updates soon. Stay tuned. 4. So I solved the problem myself: Fortunately, I still had the sync controller at home and then connected a maximum of two fans to each PWM port, as soon as you connect 3 quad fans, the LEDs no longer work ... Thermaltake You really have some catching up to do with clarification your customers ... I always feel like a beta tester ...
  5. Hi, I recently updated Razer Synapse 3 to Ver: 3.5.831.82315 and now the TT RGB Plus software V 1.3.7, F 2.0.3 will not connect or just crash if I attempt to connect to "Chroma Connect Enable" I have uninstalled and reinstalled both software's but there is no fix to the issue, I have to make multiple attempts to connect to chroma before it will will finally work, sometimes after multiple crashes. I have also noticed that the fan speeds for my Riing Plus 12 fans seem to be out of sync, I mean one fan is spinning slower then the other two. I have not noticed this until the last software updates. I checked my connections from the power supply, to the fan controller, to the fans and all looks good there. I think it is a Razer issue seeing as I saw all this happen with there software update and have already reported the issue to them, but there has been no response in there forum. So I figured I would go ahead and report the issue here and see if there is any info on a fix. Sorry for the long post, this is my first issue with your fans or software so I am just trying to find a fix if possible. Thank you

  10. I'm trying to download the latest driver for the Thermaltake Water 3.0 Extreme. However, the [Download] link for v1.6 at http://www.thermaltakeusa.com/products-model_support.aspx?id=C_00002065 appears to be broken as I get a 404 error. I don't see any obvious typos in the hyperlink. I was wondering if Thermaltake (or someone) could post a valid link to the latest driver/software here? ...Or I suppose even better would be to fix the broken link. Thank you!
  11. Hi everyone, new here! Looked around and couldn't find anything so hopefully I'm not double posting here. I bought the Thermaltake View 71 TG RGB case and it came with 3 x 140mm Riing 14 RGB fans and they are all connected via the controller. I want to add a few more so I was going to buy the TT Sync Controller to work with my MSI MB but the pins on the fans are 5 pin and in the picture of the TT Sync Controller, it looks like it's a 9 pin (4 on the top, 5 on the bottom). Will these fans work in this controller? Thanks for your time, Ryan
  12. Dear User Sorry, We can't download this file. Does this version solve your problem? TT RGB PLUS V1.3.902 https://www.dropbox.com/s/bkhapyphlq6s7pa/TT RGB Plus_Setup_1.3.902_x64.exe.zip?dl=0
  13. Update. Step 3. In these photos we will see the final assembly of the MB tray with all it's parts and the final assembly of the base of the case. In the details of the MB tray we can see in addition to the front cover also the raised supports in the back that will be used for the closing bulkhead to ensure that the wiring is practically invisible. All obviously fixed with countersunk stainless steel screws with hexagonal insert. We will also see the lower part of the base of the case with all the parts that make up the stabilizer mechanism for the excursion of the 2 side machine guns consisting of guides and gas pistons. Stay tuned. 20. There was an update today for TT RBG Plus to version 1.3.8. I don't know if that is the version that is supposed to fix this issue, but it did not fix the issue I'm having.
  21. Dear User Thank you for your report. We need some information for you PC. 1. Mother Board 2. CPU 3. Windows Version (Ex: Windows 10 pro 1809) Could you provide TT RGB PLUS program log to us? 22. Hi all Just purchased a 5 fan pack with riing plus 12 (it was the only choice to have 4 in hand needed) so I purchased a tt sync controller as well to connect it with my asus z490 motherboard. So I got it all running and just found out that in order to sync the 3 fan which are on the 360 radiator, I should have all connected to port 1 on the controller, otherwise it doesn't sync with the same colours. So I did it BUT this way the 4th fan used on the back of my case is always on different color since it is connected on 2nd port of one side of the controller, this is how it's supposed to work? So the only way to have them all synced up is I should buy a 2nd sync controller and have it hooked up on the 2nd addressable header of the M/B and connect that 4th fan on 1st port alone? Is there any other way? Thanks
  23. I'm running ver.1.3.8 and I still have the same issue. Its specifically this software and when I close it the screen saver works fine. This issue caused a burn in on my previous monitor. I'd rather not have to change my whole water cooling system due to faulty software.
  24. I'm not sure if it's related or not but TT PLUS updated a few days ago and 2-3 days later my FLOW DX RGB connected to my CPU stopped lighting up. I have 12 RGB fans+1 RGB FLOW DX and only the FLOW DX RGB that's cooling the CPU light stopped lighting up. I figured the wire must have come lose to the controller so I reseated it multiple times, disconnected the power to my computer for 30min and then turned my computer back on and the FLOW DX is still not lighting up. Everything has been working since I bought it and installed it December 2019 until a few days ago. Could the software update broken the RGB light on the FLOX DX? Here's a picture on what I'm talking about. I've tried changing the the settings on the FLOW light to custom, on and off, brightness but it just doesn't want to turn on. Any advise?
  25. Hi all! ASUS has announced that their custom RTX 3080 /90 Strix models will require 3 pcie pins from the PSU. Toughpower DPS G RGB modular 750w has only got 2 PCIE cables available coming from the PSU, however these are split and have 2 connectors each. Is my PSU compatible with the new nvidia 3080 by running a 1 cable direct, 1 cable split to connect all three pins? Thanks in advance
