  1. Good time of the day everyone! This is my first thread here and I'm new here, so sorry if I posted something duplicate or not. I need your help! Recently I bought 1x 140mm Riing RGB fan and 3x 120mm Riing RGB fans. Both of them came with controllers. I connected one 140mm fan with one controller and three 120mm with second controller. Both of them hooked up with M/B 4pin. After installation I faced an issue that 256 color mode (switching colors) going "not synchronously". In other words, 140mm fan change color a little bit faster than rest three 120mm fans. Is there any way to solve it? I've seen on Tt website cable to connecting controllers together but wasn't able to find it anywhere in stores AND online (USA) Do you know how to solve it? Thanks! BTW, I don't know what happened with picture's orientation ... They were OK...
  2. Hello, I bought Thermaltake Urban T81 PC Full Tower Case. After 2 months the fans stopped to work. I was so afraid that they are died. But when I disconnected them from the fan hub that included on the case and just connect them directly on motherboard they worked fine. I would like to ask you kindly, could you please send me a new fan hub and thank you. If you accept and it will be appreciated I will give you my address.
  3. Hello guys! I got the Thermaltake Commander MS-I as my case. My current fan setup is (all 120mm fans) Front intake: Thermaltake TT1225 Rear exhaust: AeroCool Shark Bottom intake: Corsair AF120 Top exhaust: Corsair AF120 I got an APU build with an AMD A8 - 6600K and a while ago I got a discrete videocard (Radeon R7 265). Since the videocard is a bit large I think it blocks a bit the airflow for the CPU cooler (Zalman CNPS5X Performa), because the temps raised like 5° - 6°. I have an spare 120mm fan I could use. Do you think if I find a way to install it in the front top in the area for the drive bays (since I'm not using optical drives atm), would this help? Also any suggestions to do it? Thanks for your help in advance. This is my current setup, not my actual PC, but just to give you an idea. I can't take pics atm because I'm not home.
  4. I've had a thermaltake Water 3.0 Extreme for just under a year, now, and it's been working perfectly for my AMD FX 8350, until I tried to use their included Fan Control software to create a custom speedcurve. I tried to alter the curve slightly so that the fans would go to 100% if my CPU reach 50 because it's designed to reach a maximum of 60 or so degrees. Now the fans will only ever run at maximum speed (2000rpm) or idle at 1000rpm. -I can change their behavior slightly - when I switch to the "extreme" profile in the software, they seem to run at 100% all the time. -If I switch to "manual" (but factory default, so normal), they only run at 100% whenever my CPU reaches 35 C, and then drop back down to 1000rpm. -If I switch to the "silent" profile, the fans stay at idle - presumably until my CPU gets really hot, but I'm unwilling to test that. I've tried restarting my system, resetting my bios, re-installing the software, checking the connections... I did send them a tech support request a few hours ago (at the time I didn't know these forums existed), but I have no way to update them on my slightly new information. Initially I'd had my 8350 overclocked to 4.6GHz (stable for nearly a year), but while trying to fix this issue, I reset the bios, but that didn't help, outside of making a pattern visible. -Here's a screenshot of the problem with the overclock (with notes): http://puu.sh/h7Npx/854d680655.jpg -Here's a screenshot while running at stock voltages (this CPU is under load the entire time in this one): http://puu.sh/h7YU3/9b158b1321.png It's as if the program forgot how to increase the speed gradually, making the fans run at "idle" or "max", and there's a threshold at certain temperatures, though the only one I've been able to observe is the one at 35 C under the normal profile. So basically my computer is usable - if I sacrifice the overclock I've had for months and am willing to deal with the computer alternating between silent and extremely loud ever few seconds. And yes, it's my only computer. Thanks for the help! (Running Windows 7, and open hardware monitor to monitor temps - normally) (Actually, the fans would only jump up to full speed if the CPU ever got to 35C. So I'd only have to deal with the constant alternating when working on a project or playing a game. If I was simply browsing or letting the computer idle, the fans would ramp up less often.)
  5. Hello, I'm planning to buy a new Core v71 case, and want to mod this case. At the begining, I'd like change it's blue led fans, to green. I was very happy to found a new green led version of luna fans on the global site, because they will 100% work with v71's control panel. I also like luna's anti-vibration system, perfomance, quiet working and design. So I waiting for them. Is there any information about their release date? Will tt make 14 and 20 versions of green led luna (there is only 12 version on the site)? And when? Thanks .

  7. Hi, I've bought a Smart650W (exact model is SP-650P SMART 650W W/Active PFC) last july. Since last week, the fan is really loud. I think the fan is always running at full rpm even if my computer is in "standby mode" or when i'm in the BIOS. The computer temperature is good (around 34 C) so I'm not sure why the fan is running so fast and causing all the noise. I've tried cleaning the interior of the casing with satic free compressed air but no luck. I'm thinking that maybe a sensor inside the PSU is defective of maybe the fan is just defective. I live in Canada, so using the RMA will cost me money for the shipping and some customs fees. The total of the shipping costs and customs fees will be around 45$ (estimated by Canada Post). At that price, it's going to be a tough decision to get a refurbished PSU from RMA or just buy a brand new one. Is there any know issues with this model of PSU? Got any tips on what can I try to fix the problem? Thanks.
