Hi all, I've been searching this forum for about 4 hours trying all the solutions I can find. But all of this effort is to no avail. I cannot get the software to detect the controller no matter what I do. The fans work, as do the LED's. But i have no option to do anything in the software. The mobile application does bring up my desktop, and the Razer Synapse software both show it as well. I have an ASUS Prime Z270AR motherboard with an I5 7600K. Any help would be appreciated. Edit: I have the Thermaltake Pure Plus 12 three pack with controller.

I can't get my thermaltake riing plus 14 to connect to the software. I think it's my fan controller but thermaltake won't get back to me. The controller and fans came with my veiw 37 and tt riing plus RGB software won't recognize the fan controller. Please help. I attached a picture of the exact fan control I have. My set up is Msi gaming plus x470 motherboard Ryzen 5 2600x

Hello, I just cracked my Thermaltake Core G21 T6 case's one side's tempered glass. I cannot use it in this condition. So i was wondering if i can buy a seperete tempered glass for that case or not. Please help! as that is my computer i use for my university work, and I cannot use it right now Thanks, muttsang

Hello I want to ask Question, i have Poseidon Z RGB BS . before the new firmware released , my keyboard working propely for anything. but after i'm updating my firmware into v2.1.2 now my keyboard always spamming key when pressed Once Time. Ex: S : sssss J : jjjj Num. 8 : 888888 (Sometimes i have to press this key becaue it's not working sometimes) "( : ; )" : that Double Dot sometimes doesn't work , so i need to press it multiple times until work Num Lock : sometimes it doesn't work too so i have to press it many times. and writing this topic, i have to delete some spamming key too xD Please fix this Problem My keyboard it's only 4 month age now , if my keyboard broken maybe this keyboard in bad quality right ? i need help , if someone have same problem please help me find out how to solve this problem because it's really disgusting, disturbing when i playing games and writing on my job task Thank You.

I cannot login using the account I created. On a side note when you select create your account and the only options are Enter/Try Now, that's a little odd, why wouldn't you take your customer to an actual create account screen. Anyways after looking for that option on the front splash page and then attempting to creating a trial account, finally just hitting enter and finally seeing a way to create an actual account I thought I had figured it out. Now, no matter what I do the app will refuse to let me login. I have tried v1 and v2, (your link to download the app on your site downloads the old one, I had to guess and manually type a 2 in the zip file to download v2...really??) both version do not allow a login. When I try to register again it says an email already exists and I have an account. I'm losing my mind over here...this shouldn't be this difficult!

Hello everyone, I have a Poseidon Z mechanical keyboard and it will frequently output a keystroke multiple times. What I mean is, if I were to hit the T key, for example, exactly one time, it should output a 't', but instead it will output 'tt','ttt','tttt'. This happens for multiple keys. Is there any way to fix this? I tried sending an email to info@thermaltake.com per instructions for the warranty, but I am unsure how long it will take for them to reply. Thanks

Hello, I turn to the community about my Thermaltake Riing 12 RGB Fan TT Premium Fans. After the recent installed assets, I tried to install the software provided by the official website. Except that unfortunately, the software does not run ... I run Windows 10, and I installed the controller in my box. Hey all, I'm wanting to build my first custom WC loop and this seems like a great time to buy since the sale is going on. I have a few questions questions however as I look at what I want to get..... I'm thinking of going soft tubes since it seems a little easier and cheaper for beginners. I really want the new RGB waterblock thermaltake sells but its not included in any of the kits so if I were to buy all the pieces separately I'm looking at: P22-D5 Reservoir/Pump RGB Waterblock Pacific RL240 radiator (I felt like I don't "really" need a 360) Riing Fan 3 pack (I like the newest ones but they're not available right "now" in the store) Coolant V-tubler 4T Fittings This comes out to about $470 in Thermaltake's store, where as their Pacific RL360 kit (which is all the same things except an RL360 and a non rgb waterblock) is $409. I'd obviously save a good bit of money by going with the kit, but lose the ability to customize a few parts. Am I missing something or is there a discount built in for buying the kit? Another question I had is the pumps/reservoirs. What does the "-D5" pump do that the others do not? There is about a $60 premium on those. Also how big of a reservoir do I really need? Really appreciate any advice here, thank you so much!

Hello, I bought a TALON gaming mouse from Frys. When I came home I had fun and all! Then 3 days later I spam the mouse buttons like "Right click, Left click, and LED Button" I spammed that and then it turned off. Please help me. So I brought the multi light commando combo the other day nut im still trying to figure out how to use the lighting options on the mouse, like do I have to download some type of software for it? Because it didn't come with a users guide at all just warranty, Can someone help me as soon as possible thanks.

I recently purchased the Ventus Z gaming mouse and it feels great except there is no software available to download for this mouse and the box says the mouse has adjustable DPI and RGB lighting with a picture of the software being used on the box. Please help me find the program I need to use this mouse.

I have had the Challenger Ultimate Keyboard for quite some time (1-2 years), and I have never been able to use the backlight for the keyboard's keys. The main issue is that whenever I turn on my computer, with the Backlight Power Cable plugged in, it tells me that the USB is over-charged, and shuts down automatically. Just today, I bought a Powered-USB Hub (Inland), and although it powers up, the keyboard draws too much power from the Hub as well, and as a result, the Hub shuts down, and does not power the Backlight. I would enjoy any help on the issue, and I would be most thankful If I recieved some solution to this problem. For now, I am typing this all with the keyboard itself. Thankfully, Its main function still works.

I got myself Poseidon z RGB and edited the colours, all those things...After turning my computer off and turning it on, all the profiles change to fully lighted red...what can I do to fix it

Mind if you could help me with my Tt eSports Poseidon ZX? I've got this awesome keyboard way back 2013. And with all due respect, this keyboard help me almost all of my projects as a programmer and a gamer here in the Philippines. But theres one thing that went my keyboard to have a problem on its Kailh switches. When pressing the keys "f" and "j" it suddenly doubles what I've clicked. Can you help me with this? Is my keyboard still covered with its 5year warranty? Help me please

I recently purchased the Thermal Take Commander Keyboard and Mouse combo, when i tried installing it, to my Windows 7 ACER laptop, for some reason the mouse's Scroll Wheel didn't work, I don't know if it had to do with the installation process bugging out or something but can anyone help out? Hi, before all, i'm sorry by my english. The last year i buy the Tt saphira, is the most confortable mouse that i have in my life, but when i use it i see that the scroll not working as it is supposed, make jumps to the bottom. I wanna know if this error can fix downloading a new driver or someting.

this is this third time I have typed this thanks to your godforsaken website layout (You must enter a post., YEAH I DID), but that's beside the point. I got my son a challenger prime for Christmas and now the keyboard violently squeaks whenever it's pressed. He says it is getting really annoying. if there's anything I can do to stop this happening if you could tell me it would be great. Cheers, a really frustrated customer.

So originally about 2 years ago I had installed the software that had allowed me to change my DPI and buttons, and I soon found out this caused my PC to crash while playing video games, and uninstalled it. This did not immediately fix the problem and I did manage to fix it, and I recently reinstalled the software forgetting this all happened. I have uninstalled the software and everything but im still crashing, does anyone know how to fix this problem or how to make it so I can have the software running and not cause my PC to crash
