  1. Does this idiotic case fan hub cannot control 2 200mm fans so they spins @ full speed all the time??? Moronic thermaltake doesnt answer i literally burn 120e for this ####case wich sounds like hurricane with 2x200mm @ 800rpm... Does anyone have solution to solder cables to connect on mobo and 3pin??? Or to go to store and broke case on some TT representative heads???
  2. Hi guys ! At first, I apolize for my english language, i try to do my best😂 So i recently buy view 51 argb black, its beautiful ! I already buy water 3.0 argb watercooling for my processor on b550 motherboard from MSI, with mystic light. First try : I try to plug argb connector of my watercooling argb to the same place as chassis's fan, as you can see on as you can see in the example screenshot. With this one I can only control my rbg with the reset button on my view 51, when i try to hold 3 sec to past with motherboard, only one led is red and on mystic light when i change the color of jrainbow nothing is happening. Second try : I tried another method then, I have 2 jrainbow connectors on my motherboard, I tried to connect the water 3.0 watercooling directly to one of the two jrainbow connectors, with that I can now control the rgb of the watercooling but still not control the unit fans of the view51 from the motherboard sotfware mystic light. My question is therefore if I buy the TT Controller ( https://fr.thermaltake.com/tt-sync-controller-tt-premium-edition.html ) to connect the fans of the view 51 box instead of connecting them to the chip, will it work? Or is there another solution? Thank you so much and have i nice day !
  3. I am building a new system. I have Asus Crossfire Hero Viii and thermaltake view 71 argb case. I also have a thermaltake 850 watt argb power suppply which is working fine by the way. Both thermaltake devices are connected to the addressable rgb port. With the preinstalled fans they were completetely lit up when the fans were independent of the motherboard. When I held the reset button for 3 seconds they would show the same color as the other rgb devices. The only problem is of the 3 fans 2 were not putting out light and the third seems to only be half lit up. What can I do to get them all to light up fully when synced to asus aura? rkshack
  4. I am attempting to connect to a GIGABYTE TRX40 AORUS MASTER motherboard. I have a Floe Riing 360 set up in the top of the case that is working fine. Attached are photos of the connection. I can provide a video example of the case power-up and fan light up/no spin. Here are my working theories as to the malfunction: My initial suspicions are with the cables that were provided with the case. I am using the [E] Cable with the 4-pin connector (+5,D,-,G). They do not connect well with the motherboard and slip off easily. I have tried the other cable that was bundled with the case [F] but cannot find a suitable pin on the mobo to connect to. A small part of the first suspect is the COM1 cable that has a SATA connection. My initial thinking is that this is to chain SATA power from the mobo to a nearby SATA drive. That logic falls apart when I compare it to the Floe Riing that requires both USB and a SATA power supply. When I try to connect this to a SATA cable into the power supply, the power supply throws out a warning light and the case fan lights no longer turn on. Since this is a step in the opposite direction I chose to disconnect this cable. It doesn't seem like it needs the power from the mobo and the power supply. I did not want to turn on the power once I saw the warning light and saw that the fans no longer lit up, so I don't know what happens next (maybe the fans do work!). The connector in question is in the second photo labeled caseRGBcontroller.jpg Next suspicion is an incompatibility with the mobo, though I am not sure how to troubleshoot this. I do not have an rgb compatible mobo as a spare. The working Floe Riing, with its USB connector and molex power supply, leads me to believe that there isn't enough power going to the case fans that the mobo provides. The pin may only have enough power for a light, not a light and a fan. My last suspicion is that they were DOA and will not spin up. This seems very odd to me as the case was shipped in perfect condition and I have not damaged the case in any way. It's frustrating to be at the finish line and not be able to cross it. Any advice anyone can provide is greatly appreciated! Thank you, and be well.
