Hi there I've been trying to get a hold from someone at thermaltake for a couple of weeks now, and I've not had any luck. I tried the thermaltake reddit page and was directed to try my luck here, so here I am. I submitted a service request on the 14th of January, for my psu that failed, but have yet to hear anything Any help would be appreciated! T138204 is my request# It seems very bleak as all I've seen and heard are other users who've waited for months and haven't heard back from thermaltake. Thanks!

I've been sending e-mails about a problem with my power supply about abnormal voltages, No one reply to my e-mails, Does anyone know how to get help from Thermaltake. Their support seems to be Horrible. I bought this on amazon, and I leave abroad so no chance to return it. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.
