  1. Quick question.. I recently moved to a new location. Yesterday I picked up a new sound card that uses a 6-pin power connection. Went to get my pouch of cables for my modular power supply and my box that I had my hardware in is missing. So I now don't have a 6-pin to power the board. Is there any way to get just one 6-pin for my power supply? It's an older one but still works perfectly so I don't want to replace it. I have the Smart M850W #SP-850AH3CCB, is there any way to get a replacement? Edit: Think I should have put this in the Smart Series sub but didn't' see that till just now.. .. sorry about that. Thanks, -Jason
  2. Hi! I m using the Berlin 630W and last times sometimes PC crashes ramdomly. My Specs are Amd Fx 6300 3.5 GHz (with turbocore 4.1 GHz), Sapphire R7 370 4 GB DDR5 ,8 Gb Ram DDR3 at 1866 MHZ and mobo is Asus M5A97 Evo R2.0, all this running on Win 10 Pro x64 I decided to disabled the turbocore on Fx 6300 and no more crashes. I ve read that can be a power supply problem, is this make sense?
  3. Hi ppl, how are you? Here is the deal: I've build my PC 4 months ago, all new parts. My motherboard is a MSI 970A SLI Krait Edition! My PSU is a Thermaltake Smart Series 600W (PS-SPD-0600NPCWBZ-W). Looking at HWMonitor, I can see that the 12v line is reading between 13.500v and 13.990v! it's just way too much, while the 5v line is reading 3.3v only, witch is way too low... I don't know if it's because of the 13.500~13.990 voltage, but I have a temperature reading at my MB that is constantly at 78-81º... way too hot for that reading, internet has been saying. So... the question is: › Anyone has experienced this problem with this PSU? › How can I send it to warranty? I'm from Brazil! Please, someone give me a light.
