  1. I just purchased a Thermaltake Smart BX1 650W power supply from Amazon, and despite having used the unit for less than a month, I have been encountering persistent issues since its installation. From the outset, my computer exhibited problems, including failure to post, with the fans and power LED running but no output displayed on the monitor. To rectify this issue, I initially disconnected my graphics card from the PSU, which allowed the computer to turn on. After reconnecting the graphics card, the problem seemed to be resolved temporarily. However, over the course of usage, my computer has encountered various setbacks, such as sudden shutdowns without warning. These instances would often result in failed restart attempts with the same initial posting issue. Furthermore, whenever I unplugged the AC cord and reconnected it, the computer would be unable to post unless I disconnected several devices from the PSU. The problems persist despite my confidence that the wattage requirement of my computer setup should be well below the power supply's capacity of 650W. At present, my computer is entirely unresponsive; the fans start for a brief moment, the power LED remains lit, but the system fails to initialize, and attempting a forced shutdown through the power button yields no results. I am certain that my power supply is just defective but maybe I'm just doing something wrong. I wanted to see what you guys think about my issue.
  2. Hi there I've been trying to get a hold from someone at thermaltake for a couple of weeks now, and I've not had any luck. I tried the thermaltake reddit page and was directed to try my luck here, so here I am. I submitted a service request on the 14th of January, for my psu that failed, but have yet to hear anything Any help would be appreciated! T138204 is my request# It seems very bleak as all I've seen and heard are other users who've waited for months and haven't heard back from thermaltake. Thanks!
  3. Hello everyone, I have a Poseidon Z mechanical keyboard and it will frequently output a keystroke multiple times. What I mean is, if I were to hit the T key, for example, exactly one time, it should output a 't', but instead it will output 'tt','ttt','tttt'. This happens for multiple keys. Is there any way to fix this? I tried sending an email to info@thermaltake.com per instructions for the warranty, but I am unsure how long it will take for them to reply. Thanks
  4. I have 2 sets of the Riing Plus fans and absolutely love them. Look amazing! However, one of my six fans looks slow. Under light I can see shadow of fans spinning whereas the others I cant' tell that there is blades spinning. (does that make sense?) The software says it is running at 80% speed, like all the others, but why does it look different? I'm wondering if I can replace one fan? I spent $35/fan and don't want to have a faulty one in the system. Any feedback would help. btw, they are spinning at ~1250rpm so I can't take a photo to show you. But with human eye I can see the shadow of blades and it drives me nuts.
  5. Cheers, I just want to dive right into the problem here. I bought the TTesports' Talon mouse about 2 months ago (in April 2017) and after a few days i realized that the mousewheel is somewhat broken. Everytime I click it, it seems to trigger multiple clicks instead of just one. It may seem like a superficial problem, but I got into the habit of opening links as new tabs and closing tabs in a browser by clicking the mousewheel. Opening (or closing) 3-7 tabs at once is not very convenient in my opinion. The problem is that I already tried to contact the Support twice (via the technical support at first, then the general support), which did not respond on any form of communication (phone, email or on the website, as there is no "support replies" tab or anything like that). I also tried to get hold of a support-hotline, which -as it seems- does not exist, so now I try to get help here. Off to a few questions: Is this normal? If so, why? If not, how can I claim a new product (it's supposed to work for 2 year and was broken 2 days after purchase)? Also, how does the support usually respond? Maybe I just didn't see their respond, but as of right now I am fairly disappointed with the support of Thermaltake. Thanks for any replies whatsoever and I hope that someone might be able to help me!
  6. Hi there, I owned a Ttesport poseidon Z blue switch mechanical keyboard as a gift from my cousin. Unfortunately he dont have the receipt of purchase as he lost it somewhere. My question is, since Ttesport provide a 5 years warranty for the keyboard, is it possible if we claim the warranty according to the date of release of the keyboard(printed under the keyboard) instead of the date of purchase(in the receipt)? Im asking because I ever claim warranty for Toshiba products without the receipt but they will follow the release date of the product under the product label. Please help to clarify, thank you.
  7. Hey there, I've messaged the support before, but I didn't get an answer and since I saw some people being helped here I decided to submit my request again. For about 2 years I've owned my Poseidon Z with blue switches now and was really satisfied with its simplicity and its looks. But since some time more and more keys dont work properly anymore. The most annoying (and the worst one) is the "." (dot), which often either doesn't register or registers twice, but never does what it's supposed to do; return exactly one character. Same goes for other keys as well such as the "?" (questionmark), "x", "9", "p" etc.... In fact it was really hard for me to write this post since I have to double check every letter. As I got granted a 5 year warranty on the switches and didn't use the keyboard in any appropriate way (was just laying on my desk) I now want to claim my warranty and get this issue fixed. I would really love to use this keyboard for a long time. Greetings Fabian R.
  8. i purchased my mouse in 2 february 2015 but now it starts disconnecting everytime i move the mouse so please help me how to claim warranty. i attached my bill theronmouseinvoice.pdf
  9. Hi! I have read the warranty conditions and I have a question to clarify things up. Just wondering if warranty provided with Thermaltake products are global? i.e. I'm planning to purchase a Tt eSports Poseidon keyboard from Taiwan. Will be I able to still claim warranty if I am back in Australia? Thanks for the help!
  10. So I've had this keyboard for nearly a year now ( bought it mid january last year ) and i am in love with it. I use it to play Multiple games including cs go and it has been a flawless keyboard for such a long time. I have ran into 2 issues with this keyboard recently and they are very VERY bad issues when playing CS:GO Issue Number 1 : I've had this problem for quite some time now, but I've been trying to avoid it as much as possible which is a hard thing to do. The "G" key will be pressed once, and it would end up registering as 2 presses instead of one. In CS:GO, the G key is used to drop weapons and the Bomb. I sometimes drop the bomb when i start with it which also drops my GUN and forces me to run and pick it up. Issue Number 2 : The CTRL button works maybe 30% of the time, and even when it does work, (holding it down) it wont be registered as me holding it down. In CS:GO, the CTRL button is used to crouch. If you are familiar with CS:GO, you would know how detrimental hopping up and down from crouching is in a gunfight. I know this keyboard came with a 5 year warranty, does the warranty cover these issues listed above? Like I said this keyboard is amazing, but if i have to end up replacing it with another brand, that would be upsetting because of how much i am in love with how simple the keyboard looks. Also you can see how nice it matches my setup here
