  1. Hello there, I noticed that there is a lot of discussion about the noise level an aio pump creates. And i´ve done now a few days of research about my problem. About a month ago i bought my AIO and after installing it had no problems. Now a few days ago, my pump started to make a high pitch noise and a lower frequency rattling noise. I made an video of it for you to listen. The level varies from 52 to 60dB. And yes i tried everything, from books under the front and back of my case, moving the case, lay it on it´s side, and letting it stay for a few hours. Everything done while the pump was running. The pump runs as always on about 1825 rpm. The aio is top mounted. Today there has come up a few times an error message "Warning controller number 1", don´t know if it is related to the pump noise. But on the software is installed correctly, and the empty slot is deactivated. Like i said there was no problem before, and as the problems started, there happened nothing special. So what i wanted to know is if there is something else i could do, or is the pump going to fail? Should i replace the AIO? Here is the link to the video: Thank you very much for your help
  2. Hey, I got the Floe Riing 360 Premium (Front, intk.) with 3 extra 120 Riing Plus fans (2x Top, 1x Back ,exh.) I daisychained them on 2 controllers: Radiator Fans in front are on controller 1 and my three exhausts and the pump are on controller 2. the system itself woks fine, but I got a slightly negative Airflow so I want my front fans to have a slightly stronger intake. Everytime i turn up the intake rpm and i save the settings it automatically applies to the fans on my second controller even without changing their profile. the settings i give my position 1 fan on controller 1 also applies to my position 1 fan on controller 2 Did i connect something wrong or is this software -related? it's the same with color schemes/settings, isn't it possible to customize every single fan? Thanks in Advance
  3. So i got a new motherboard and i went to plug everything in and my radiator fans started up, but no LED. So i thought to go to the Program and turn on the controller as back to normal *they were working a day before. I open up TT RBG Plus and i get a controller error saying it's not connected and my error code was error Code: H_0x0001. So I'm wondering is this a controller issue or Wiring? or maybe something else?
  4. Hey TT-Community, Problem: The FloeRiingPlus Software reads the temp including the 27°C Offset of Threadripper -> fans spinning at higher RPMs -> higher noise Solution: 1. Uninstall your current Riing Plus RGB Software. 2a. Download the older Version of the Software (It's V1.0.0 = http://www.thermaltake.com/db/support/software/RiingPlusRGBTtPremiumEdition_Setup.rar ) and install it. 2b. Or just download the two .dll files I attached to this Post. Continue with step 5. (HWiNFO32.dll and HWiNFO64.dll) 3. After you installed V1.0.0 go into the install directory (C:\Program Files (x86)\Tt\Riing Plus RGB Tt Premium Edition), then copy HWiNFO32.dll and HWiNFO64.dll onto your Desktop. 4. Now uninstall the Software again, and install the new one (currently V1.1.4 = http://www.thermaltake.com/db/support/software/Riing_Plus_RGB_Tt_Premium_Edition_Setup_1.1.4_x86.zip ) 5. After you installed the new version, close it, and go into install directory again (C:\Program Files (x86)\Tt\Riing Plus RGB Tt Premium Edition), and copy HWiNFO32.dll and HWiNFO64.dll into this folder. 6. Click replace and continue (if necessary) 7. Now it should work. @Thermaltake @Thermaltake Admin @ThermalMike Maybe you can look into this, I think it's just the wrong Version of HWiNFO. The new Version worked for me when I updated to it, but not when I clean install the software. HWiNFO32.dll HWiNFO64.dll
