  1. Hello, We have a wonderful keyboard with original Cherry Mx switches. Thermaltake is a premium company selling excellent quality pc peripherals from long time, hence expectations from them is at par with their competitors, however at the same I found Premium X1 keyboards software is way too weak and buggy compared to competitors like Corsair and Razer's solution. I did not found any way to layer multiple RGB effects with this software and make cool custom lightning profiles. Thermaltake please advise if any possibility / hope of adding this multi layer effects capability with new software update from your end, so that we can have custom lighting profile sharing community like other brands. Thermaltake fans please share your thoughts / expectations about this. Thanks......
  2. Hello, I had considered buying a Floe Riing RGB 360 TT Premium Edition and I was just wondering if it's possible to set up a push/pull fan configuration for it? That's kind of all there is to my question. I had considered buying an extra Riing Plus 12 LED RGB Radiator fan TT Premium Edition 3-pack for it. But I'm a little unsure. Someone recommended I do a push/pull config for my case, but with three fans on one side and three fans on the other, well, that's a lot of fans. And possibly two fan controllers to keep tack of, if I'm not mistaken? I'm having second thoughts and wondering if this is a good idea? The case I'm trying to fit it all in is an NZXT H440. I was told the case gets a bit hot on the inside but I wanna stick with it because it looks good and has all the functions I want. EDIT: Unrelated question, but does this AIO cooler come with thermal paste or do I need to buy it separately?
  3. Hello there, I noticed that there is a lot of discussion about the noise level an aio pump creates. And i´ve done now a few days of research about my problem. About a month ago i bought my AIO and after installing it had no problems. Now a few days ago, my pump started to make a high pitch noise and a lower frequency rattling noise. I made an video of it for you to listen. The level varies from 52 to 60dB. And yes i tried everything, from books under the front and back of my case, moving the case, lay it on it´s side, and letting it stay for a few hours. Everything done while the pump was running. The pump runs as always on about 1825 rpm. The aio is top mounted. Today there has come up a few times an error message "Warning controller number 1", don´t know if it is related to the pump noise. But on the software is installed correctly, and the empty slot is deactivated. Like i said there was no problem before, and as the problems started, there happened nothing special. So what i wanted to know is if there is something else i could do, or is the pump going to fail? Should i replace the AIO? Here is the link to the video: Thank you very much for your help
  4. Hello, Recently built a new rig with the Riing premium 5pack. The software controlled everything perfectly with no hiccups. After a couple weeks I bought and installed the Floe aio CPU 240. It went great, the software recognized the second controller and I went to customizing the rad fans and CPU block. On my next startup the fans started in the default mode instead of my profile. When I tried to open the software the busy pointer ran for ~1 second and nothing happened. Now the fans are all in default, and the software won't start. I tried running in admin mode, I tried installing older versions, re installing the latest version. Please help! I love these fans but I want to be able to control the rgb! I can still manually control them through bios and MSI afterburner, but it still sucks I can't change the colors. Does anyone know if I can control the RGB with Asus Aura? So far I haven't been able to do so. My build, for reference: TT Core v21 Asus TUF B450m-plus Gaming Ryzen 2700 Asus ROG 1080ti OC 4*8 (32GB) Gskill TridentZ rgb 3200 cas16 Riing 5pack, Floe aio CPU 240, 2 controllers using the Riing5x provides double uUSB plugged into internal USB2.0

Hello! I've just purchased the Riing Plus 12 TT Premium edition fans 3pack + controller and it has been one infuriating experience. I assumed that hardware would be plug and play but yet I've had to reinstall the software multiple times, try multiple software, use multiple USB ports, open the controller to get access to the hw revision number and experience horrendous product naming conventions! Could you please Shorten your product names Combine your software into a one single program Tell me why the controller cannot detect the fans? (H_0x0001) Controller details are: REV: D03 FAN BOX R02 2016/11/09 My system details: 8700K Asus Strix z370-F 32 GB DDR4 3466 Galax GTX 1080Ti Exoc EKWB A240G Fluidgaming I've read the forums, I've tested out the suggestions here and from around the web to no avail. Please help! Thanks Tyler
  6. Hi I'm having trouble tethering 3 Riing 12 and 1 Riing 14 premium controllers I've attached the 9 pin USB header to my USB 2.0 internal header on my Asus rog strix x299 e-gaming MB and have connected the mini USB connector to controller 1 and have set it as controller 1 using the dip switches this works fine (i can adjust colors and fan speed and the rest) but when i tether it to controller 2, 3 and 4 they are not recognized, only controller 1 is recognized I cannot get the other 3 controllers to work. Where the numbers are on the software indicating the controllers on the top left number 1 is white but 2, 3, and 4 are grayed out. I have followed all the instructions that are included and have set all the dip switches correctly, I have also tried just using 2 controllers off the 9-pin USB 2.0 header with the 2 mini USB connectors connecting each to controller 1 and 2 and that doesn't work either, what am i doing wrong any help would be appreciated
  7. Thermaltake, (This is for you too ThermalMike) Been building PC's for many years, ####... been building PC's before many of you on the forums were born. I have seen companies like Thermaltake, come and go. The problem with some of those companies, and why they are not around.. Direction. They see opportunity to increase profit, so they expand into too many directions and spread themselves too thin. How does this happen ? See a market (Niche), and dive in to try and make more profit. While the niche is there, the company does not better this niche.. they build one offs, and market them, and then forget about them for the most part. Instead of building something.. listening to feedback, and improving on those. Herein, View 31. Great little case (mid). Can be so much better. Sheet metal is a little thin, Face is Acrylic(Really?), The right side front is build correctly.. but this is a Tempered Glass Case... make it Tempered Glass ! What im getting at is.. if you want the case to be a premium mid tower case.. then make it premium. Im sure a few of us would have shelled out $25-$50 more, for the other luxuries. How would Thermaltake do this ? Simple... Stop making so many different variants of mid tower cases.. last i checked you had over 50 of them... 50 ? Why ? Step up your game Thermaltake, make the cases that should be premium... a little more premium. Make less, but Better products....guarantee no one would be upset at buying better product. Add TT Premium RGB fans to premium cases. Add a premium AIO to a case at a reduced cost over buying them separately. Have a dedicated feedback and support system. If you dont have what the customer(majority) needs... they will go elsewhere. Its the little things.. the small niceties.. that make the BIG Difference. Take Control Thermaltake ! Take Direction !
  8. Hello, I recently purchased the Riing 14 Premium edition fans for my new build but it is not working as per expectations. After installing all the drivers and the software from the website, the software does not detect the 3 fans. Here are the things that i have tried. I've connected the fans into different headers from the controller. I've connected the fan controller into all of the 9 pin USB2 on my motherboard. I've connected different Molex cables into the fan controller. I've used different points of my power supply. I've used both of the USB ports from the controller cables. I've tried all the controller number settings i could from the back of the controller. I've tried using a different machines. I've tried downloading different versions of the software. The older version will have 3 fans displaying at 0 RPMs and i'm not able to control the fans still. And still i cannot get the software to detect the fans. I think i am not the only one with this issue. I need advice on this. Please help. The main star of this build were the fans My build as such. Asus Z170-A Motherboard. Intel i7-6700K Superflower 750W Modular Gold. *I think these are the parts I need to list for the "debugging". **All parts purchased on 23rd December 2016. ***Thermaltake fans ordered online on 12th December 2016. ****Thermaltake fans arrived on 22nd December 2016. *****Location: Singapore
