  2. Hi guys, I bought the Thermaltake View 37 ARGB Chassis. But at the moment i am not able to control the fan speed and lights at the same time. I can control the color of the fans using Mystic Light but my computer sounds like an airplane because the fans are always at full speed. As soon as I disconnect the MOLEX power connector for the fan controller I am able to control the fan speed, but then the Lights are off. I connected the FAN-4 header with a SYS FAN Header on my Mainboard (MSI Gaming Pro Carbon) in DC Mode. If I am wrong please tell me what to do. How did you connect the fan controller? I am really frustrated because I can't figure out what to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
  3. Hi! I own a Contour controller. I use it during gaming (this game is a flight sim, Infinite Flight, so I use it only for takeoff and landing). Unfortunately, it automatically turns off after 10 minutes and after that I'm not able to pair it again without exiting my game and starting all over again. I found this thread: but the file with this firmware is no longer available. Any way to turn this energy saving mode off now? Best regards.

After Win 10 start random time my keyboard and mouse not working... :O I don't know why.. and once i see what happens... after the TT program start my key and mouse is freeze. If the Win start is good, all thing working. I stop and restart the TT program and of course my mouse and key is freeze. xD THIS PROGRAM IS THE BIGGEST S.HT I EVER SEE IN MY LIFE. NO SUPPORT AND PROBLEMS PROBLEMS. I read this topic a while ago and.... hahaha... problems problems problems.... but the developers is not answer for the problems. I buy TT RGB fans just for cool effects and i get this... problems. Finally i no have more "no controller" error and this coming... WHERE IS THE THERMALTAKE SUPPORT???????? AND WHY NOT HELP FOR USERS????????
  5. ive been having trouble getting one of my riing 12 fans that comes with the kit to sync. the bottom two line up and the fans are all oriented the same way but the first fan is just slightly off from the other two. do i need to have them in certain slots on the included controller or is this a known issue? its just really frustrating to be off by just a bit. like its just enough to see it but not enough that its obvious from far away. any ideas?
  6. Hi, i have the TT 280 Aio and the view 71 but they both have different controllers. how do i sync the controllers together so i can sync the fans and use it with the TT software. PS the controller supplied with the view 71 does not show up in the TT software.

I’ve been having my Thermaltake Riing 12 RGB (CL-F042-PL12SW-B) for about a month now and suddenly this happened. https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/375445211280572437/490597288985493505/video.mov (use this if video above is not available) Only one fan lights up but the other two doesn’t. Sometimes when I turn on my PC, the other two lights up and turns off. Most of the time, they don’t light up at all when I press the power button. All of them are connected to a fan controller included.
  8. TT Sync controller seems to support this and it would be extremely lame if the controller which comes with the Floe Riing RGB 240 TT Premium Edition (oh, that's a long name) didn't. TT Riing Plus RGB sees it and controls the fans, the pump and the LEDs ok, however, none of that is recognized by MSI Mystic Light software. So is it actually possible to control this cooler's RGB with Mystic Light?
  9. Hello, I have 2 Controllers with 4 Thermaltake Riing Plus 12 fans, 3 Thermaltake Riing Plus 14 fans and a Pacific plus d5 pump. I set the first controller and second controller with the DIP switches. On the first controller I have 5 RBG plus components installed and on the second one 3. Now when I start the RGB Plus programm, there is an error called: "H_0x0001". Now I've tried some fixes found on the internet, but nothing helped. So now to my question: What could the problem be?
  10. I was drawn in by the shiny lights and bright colors. I should have known better. TT Floe Riing 240 does not work with Ryzen CPUs and TT will not tell anyone this until after you buy it. The software is a mess and there is no fix in sight. Whenever I try to use the software my PC fans rev up full blast and my PC shuts down. I talked with tech support about this and they know about the issue!@@####. I am returning my unit and suggest anyone with a Ryzen CPU do the same!

The View 28 RGB Riing edition came with one Riing RGB fan and a controller at the back that runs at constant 12V through molex, but is there a way to run the fan at a lower rpm and keeping the RGB? I saw some packs came with a controller but I can't find any seperate controllers to buy. I'm trying to just lower the rpm as the fan is just a bit too loud. I can't attach them to PWM headers on the motherboard as the fan uses a 5-pin instead of a 3 or 4-pin.
  14. Good Time of the day everyone! I would like to share my own experience of connecting Riing RGB fans together in 1 controller. This guide will divide in two parts: One of them is how to connect 4 fans in 1 controller, using only your hands and pin extractor (or any thin tools like needle). Second part will be about connecting up to 6 fans using same tools as in first case plus 4-pin Molex cable and electric tape (or shrinking tube or soldering iron + tape). A little Preface: Why I decided to divide in two parts? The answer is very simple. MB in most cases provides 12V @1Amp. Usually it will run up to 3 fans at max speed without any drawback (loosing RPM). However in some cases you can connect 4-th and you won't notice any difference. Firstly, (too obvious) power off your PC. (Don't forget that you are doing at your own risk, this is not official Thermaltake guide) We need tool to extract pins from the head. You can use basically anything thin enough to fit a little hole on top of the head. I used this tool: The idea is very simple, we need to extract pins from one head and insert them into another head, so there will be two fans goes into 1 4-pin head. There is enough room to fit 2 wires in 1 head slot. See little holes? Press on them and pull wires. Very simple. Do you see that there is enough space in the socket? We need to insert each extracted wire into proper slot. It would go snug and fit secure. At the end we will get this: Done! Just plug it back to controller and you are good to go! Video to demonstrate: https://youtu.be/jn-x7rH3Pwg Second part! Connecting up to 6 fans. We have to follow same process as before, BUT the big difference is that we need 4-pin molex cable. How it works: 4-pin PWM MB port has 4 pins (oh man, thanks Cap. Obvious!) You can see pinout below: We will utilize power from Molex cable (it's peripheral cable goes directly in PSU) and PWM signal from Motherboard. From the power cable, which goes with fans, you need to extract only two pins +12V and GND .Other 2 leave in the head. Extracted pins you need to connect to molex +12V and GND correspondingly. Here is pinout: Just in case: MOLEX has 2 grounds and it doesn't matter which to connect. What we'll get at the end: Just plug PWM to 4-pin MB fan port and Molex ... to molex, lol. No video yet, but it works If you'll have questions, don't hesitate to ask. Maybe I just forgot to mention something... Cheers!
  15. Recently, Thermaltake announced their new Thermaltake Riing 12 LED RGB Radiator Fan TT Premium edition with a new digital fan controller and RGB software at Computex. I am curious as to if these new fans and the new controller/software are compatible with the 1st gen Riing 12/14 RGB LED fans? I recently bought 3 Thermaltake Riing12 RGB fans and have installed them and they work and look great, however I was wondering if there was any way I could sync the RGBs on these fans to the ones on my motherboard header. My motherboard is a Gigabyte Z270 Ultra Gaming and has a 5-pin RGBW header on it, currently using a Phanteks RGB adapter to connect a LEDMO LED strip to my case. I was wondering if there was any way for me to sync the RGB fans to the RGBs on my motherboard, and the ones currently in my case? The RGB controller included with the fans uses a 4-pin fan header, from what I can tell. Would it break anything if I were to try and connect this to the 5-pin RGBW header on my motherboard? Or connect it to the spare end of the Phanteks adapter I have, would either of these work and if not, what would?
  17. So i just added another RGB fan pack to my case for a total of 9 fans overall. 3 x 140 for the case 6 x 120 for the radiator. I used to have all the fans connected to the CPU fan headers but now the case fans are connected to the sysfan2 header which is PWM but for some reason leaves the fans black on wake every time. I swapped out the controllers and did try to use a splitter only for frightening results. My case has a PWM splitter that splits one pwm connection into several three pin connections though this would often leave one set of fan's without power after a short time. Mother board is an MSI z97 Gaming 5, splitter I tried was the included Phanteks splitter for the Luxe Tempered glass (will hunt down better link)

  19. I have RGB fittings (with a controller) and 3 Riing Fans (same controller?). Can I plug all devices into one controller and have them work in sync? The controllers look the same? While the controllers only have 5 pwm ports, the RGB fittings can be daisy chained together, so I can get everything plugged in. Is there a limit to the number of fittings that can be plugged into one of the controller ports? Thanks, Ernest

So, if you guys can help me with a simple question about the Fan Controller, I will really appreciate it. The Thermaltake Commander FT can control Turn on-off FAN LED?
