Everything before this hangs for a good two minutes before launching (e.g v1.2.7) Everything after this crashes immediately and refuses to launch at all (v1.3.0 - v1.3.3) If it helps running a AMD system with Asus Aura for the other system parts. I would highly recommend returning any product if you still can. Their software has significant problems. I'm waiting to hear back from them so that I can RMA my controller which I suspect won't fix the issue, but I'm going to give them a chance to make it right before I post any negative reviews outside this forum. That being said, I found a link to 1.2.9 on the forum.
