BlacX 5G ST0022 (all work on one computer but not on NEW computer)

Recommended Posts

Hello Support.

I have (3) BlacX 5G ST0022.  All of them work fine on one of my computers when connected via USB 2 or USB 3.

ISSUE:  The issue arises when I try to use ANY of the 3 ST0022’s on my new computer.  None of the ST0022’s will work on either USB 2 or USB 3 ports.  I can plug flash drives into any of those same USB 2/3 ports and the flash drives recognize fine.  I updated the firmware on all (3) ST0022’s from your Thermaltake support page here.  I updated the firmware to V05 for Windows 7.  Your drives didn’t work after that either.
