If yes, please try the following: - Download this tool - Start the tool as administrator and click "RESET" - Restart your computer and the issue should be fixed. jonrh20099 Posted February 24, 2015 Report Share Posted February 24, 2015 I am running into a similar issue, but the mouse is just not seen at all by my system. it worked fine last night and not will not register, have tried 4 different usb ports and plugged my old mouse into those ports and it works in all of the ports. DKYLC Posted April 29, 2015 Report Share Posted April 29, 2015 Hi Tte Martin, I face the same problem, I tried to download the tool u gave, and because the level 10 m driver can't be installed due to windows can't find the driver. so I can't reset the device. I have tried to restart remove the device in device manager and restart my computer, plug other usb slot, use the new software v1.2 etc. I think is not the hardware problem of the level 10 m as it work in bios, and 1 minute after remove the device in device manager and restart my computer.
