Hello PotatoBling,

 

do you get the following message?

If yes, please try the following:

- Download this tool

- Start the tool as administrator and click "RESET"

- Restart your computer and the issue should be fixed.

 

Also, make sure you have the latest AP version (V1.2) and firmware (1.3) installed.

Hi Tte Martin,

 

I face the same problem, I tried to download the tool u gave, and because the level 10 m driver can't be installed due to windows can't find the driver. so I can't reset the device.

 

I have tried to restart remove the device in device manager and restart my computer, plug other usb slot, use the new software v1.2 etc. 

 

I think is not the hardware problem of the level 10 m as it work in bios, and 1 minute after remove the device in device manager and restart my computer. After windows tried to find the level 10 m driver, it does work again.

Hey DKYLC, did you try it on another computer? you can try to check whether it works on another computer.
