jmanz Posted February 5, 2015 Report Posted February 5, 2015 I purchased a new ASUS X99-A motherboard. It has CPU_FAN, CPU_OPT, and CHA_FAN1-4. I understand I connect the fans to the two connector pigtail, then to the CPU_FAN, but where does the pump plug into? I don't have a SYS_FAN as shown in the instructions. Also the pump connector is 3 pin and all the connectors on the motherboard are 4 pin. Quote
Tt Andy Posted February 5, 2015 Report Posted February 5, 2015 Hello jmanz Don't worry too much about the forth pin, its actually there for an added level of control.
