BobBlast Posted February 20, 2015 Report Share Posted February 20, 2015 I am looking if there is a customer service rep I can contact about getting another cable to connect my headset to my PC. I am not sure what the issue is but one day it stopped working. I think its a short in the cable because there were these kinks in it from the moment I took it out of the box, that never went away.
