Sig
Hi everybody! I´m new in the Forums! And I´ve a question... My system is: -Mother: Gigabyte GA 990FXA UD3 (rev. 4.0) -AMD FX 8350 -RAM 8gb 1600 -HDD 1Tb And I´m planning to get a Gigabyte 970 G1 Gaming, but I don´t know if it will fit in the New Soprano chassis, wich I´m happy with. In the official web it´s says that the VGA VGA length limitation is 315mm. And in the offical web of Gigabyte says that the card length its 312mm. Also, I´ve told that the 970 WindForce it´s a little shorter... but on the site says that the length its 310mm... I think it´s no THAT much of difference.. Official links: New Soprano and GTX 970 G1 So... my question is... does it really fit?? If it not... what it´s my best choice?? On the 970 chipset.. Thanks!!!! Note: Sorry for my english... ThermalMike
I see on Newegg, for the GTX970, the Dimensions are (L x H) 12.28" x 5.08" http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125684 The Suprano Chassis has a VGA Limit of 315mm (12.4") http://www.thermaltakeusa.com/Chassis/Mid_Tower_/Soprano/C_00001914/New_Soprano/Specification.htm Based on this, it should work
