[10M] "Left click"-Button broken

Hi members,

 

After 2,5 years of intensive usage of this mouse the left-click button broke down as described in this thread.

 

Since the mouse has slightly exceeded the warranty period I'm pretty frustrated as I'm not able to "open" the mouse to get to the bottom of the problem.

 

Does anyone know how to open the mouse?

 

I'm grateful for every advice.

So, I wrote the german support on 20th this month but didn't get any kind of reply.

Have you already looked under the feet and the sticker?

 

Well, there are really some screws! Didn't get that due to the stickers.

The EXACT same thing happened to me over the same time period. I brought it in and it was deemed defective. They replaced my level 10m with the hybrid wireless version, however now I cannot install the software :(

all I get is this message when I try and open the download 

"This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. Please install a program or, if one is already installed, create an association in the Default Programs control panel
